Upon arrival there was no staff available. However, after a short amount of time someone appeared. They were polite, friendly and helpful. They explained the check out process clearly. The room was lovely. Comfortable bed, spacious and clean. The only disappointment was being interuppted on three occassions. Firstly, for room checks. Secondly, an additional check which they didn't realise it had already been checked. Thirdly, a staff member entering the room and then apologisng before leaving. They did not give an explaination as to why they entered the room as late as they did. The location is very good. Cinema and plenty of resturants in the same complex. Two big Supermarkets in opposite directions that's a 5-10 minute walk.

I wouldn’t think anything would go wrong as with one-night stays at a lot of the hotels I’ve stayed at. I love the unique the hotel exudes, very much accentuated with the internal steps, turns and multiple corridors. It can be rather challenging if you have heavy luggage, especially when it’s more than a piece. Thumbs up for Jamie (the receptionist on shift) as he has been of great help. I’d give the full English breakfast a miss if I’d stay for more than a day as it’s virtually drenched in oil. There’s a pressure pump in the bathroom which sounds every 20 minutes and that made it difficult to sleep as I’m a light sleeper. The room which I have been assigned heats up when the sun hits the west facade of the hotel and it’s very uncomfortable if one doesn’t leave the room. All in all a pleasant stay and I hope my feedback will provide some impetus for improvement.
