One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at! No lunch on an all inclusive, no food suitable for children. Outdated apartments, rude staff, no luggage room, awful place that I would never visit again! It’s not a family resort! My husband, myself and my kids would never return! Awful!

Logement sale, ne correspond pas du tout aux photos et en plus il manquait le détecteur de fumée !!! C'est dommage car la vue est magnifique

La chasse d'eau de notre logement était cassée, provoquant un bruit constant et une perte d'eau. L'interphone/téléphone de notre logement était hors service, rendant impossible la communication avec la réception pour signaler des incidents comme celui de la chasse d'eau. Il n'y avait qu'une seule prise électrique dans la chambre à coucher, située derrière la porte. Le logement était très vétuste, avec un mobilier également très ancien. Il y avait une odeur nauséabonde dans le logement. Nous avons été dérangés par des nuisances sonores à 1h du matin. La chambre double était équipée d'une literie de 140x200 cm, ce qui est insuffisant pour un confort optimal. La literie était inconfortable et dangereuse pour les enfants. Notre fils de 4 ans est tombé du lit et s'est blessé. Le linge de lit présentait des tâches indélébiles.

J'adore cet hôtel, les pièces sont spacieuses, l'emplacement est parfait (face à l'océan, proche de la gare et commerces, ...), le personnel est agréable et souriant et la piscine couverte est un grand atout. J'y vais chaque année et j'espère pouvoir continuer à le refaire.

Nous sommes plus que déçu. l'appartement et sa configuration ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos du site internet de la résidence. L'appartement était salle et la literie désuète, absolument horrible. Il y avait une certaine odeur qui émanait de l'appartement. Seuls avantages : l'accès a la piscine de l'hôtel et la localisation.
