Locations is beautiful, rooms is spaces, food was ok but could have more local favourites. Bathrooms are plenty and clean. Serving staff is friendly and helpful. Bar staff needs more training. Hotel prices on activities are much cheaper. Very family friendly. Taxi driver was very informative. Thank you for service like Eza (lots of information about the island and activities available), James and our boat captain Kenny. Special thanks to our rooms cleaning lady Danial. Would definitely come again. Work more on the food options and the drinks.

From karaoke nights, crab hunting on the beach, cookie baking, bracelet making, and henna painting to fun movie nights — every day was an adventure. The team made her feel so loved and included; she never wanted to leave! Mauritius has captured our hearts — not just because of its beauty, but because of its people. On arrival, friendly professional staff, Priyanka thank you for your kindness and warm welcome to make us feel at home on arrival. All-inclusive package, all the staff we interactive with, very friendly and always ready to help to make your stay extraordinary. On my birthday they make it very special with a cake and a birthday song. In the room they decorate it with flowers and best wishes. We feel safe and the hospitality from all the Mauritian people from the excursions to the local shops, very special. What an amazing experience. After I was given a ground floor room with an unpleasant odor, I was glad to have been assisted by the housekeeping supervisor Mr Ansley who quickly changed me to a better room. This made my stay remarkable. Mr. Ansley's customer service is great and he communicated well with me throughout my stay. His very professional 👏. My daughter enjoyed the aquapark ans being on the all inclusive package was awesome to have snacks and drinks throughout the day. I found the beach to be quite relaxing and swim friendly
