What an amazing hotel!! The hotel was so beautiful with beautiful beaches. Beautiful pools. A lot of trees. Service was amazing. Good breakfast. Comfy room and amazing view from the balcony. Also free boat service to go to a nearby island. We were sad to leave this hotel and wished we stayed longer. Really there’s nothing negative we can say about this hotel. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Mauritius. Oh and they also gave us a bottle of white wine in the room! Now we are staying at another 5 star hotel but Shangri-la was so much better.

Great resort with great service. Spacious and a well thought out layout, with a more ‘adults’ side a more family friendly side. Would stay again.

The Japanese restaurant is a bit salty, the buffet has a wide variety of dishes, the environment is elegant, and the butler is also great

The Shangri-La has a private island, they take you with a small boat and you can spend the day there with restaurant and deckchair.
This is really beautiful.
The rooms are good, we took a suite which gives access to the beach.
The restaurants are very good but a little expensive.
