The customer service was excellent - starting with speedy responses to our many queries during the booking process. Throughout our stay, all the staff were helpful and kind - in spite of our limited ability with the German language. The food was excellent and the staff managed to accommodate our varied dietary requirements - gluten-free, milk allergy, pescatarian. The Kid's Club facilities were impressive and the staff were brilliant at entertaining a 2 year old - while the rest of us had dinner. The hotel exceeded our expectations - modern and clean throughout. Our Maxi 3 apartment was ideal and furnished to a very high standard and the Skypool was an unexpected bonus.

This is very nice, not too big hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager is all the time going around and trying to help. The food is very good, with lot of choice and specialities. There is a big playing room for children of all ages.

The most warm and cosy place we have stayed for a winter vacation. This hotel was huge surprise since we did not expect such great level of service from a small boutique hotel. I must assert that the staff was really nice and pleasant, solving every problem and meeting all demands, which was quite unusual for us in Austria :). Moreover, the food was like in Michelin star restaurant! There were great amenities for children and the location is priceless! Highly recommending it!

Perfectly managed family hotel, top cleanliness, top food, facilities, hotel rooms, sauna and excursions absolutely brilliant. BOSS and staff great, all in all a sensational weekend. We'll be back 100%. Thanks for the great time.

Beschreibung des Hotels irreführend bzw. schlichtweg falsch: Dachpool - man sollte denken es handelt sich um ein Pool in dem man schwimmen kann, ist aber ein längeres Whirlpool - zu kurz zum Schwimmen, zu kalt (32 Grad) zum sprudeln, daher wertlos Hotel an der Piste - eine bessere Beschreibung wäre im Ortskern, 5 min Gehzeit zur Lift. Mir wurde gesagt der hauseigene Skistall sei in der Mittelstation situiert - ja da gibt es welche aber nicht vom Samerhof, die sind im übernächsten Gebäude Essen - das Essen war perfekt, das Personal im Essbereich jedoch unerfahren und manchmal schnippisch Das Hotel an sich - glich eher einem Kinderhotel, man musste zwischen am Boden liegenden Kleinkindern zum Buffett Der rechte Essbereich für den Abend erinnert eher an einen Speisesaal einer Jugendherberge. Geschmacklos eingerichtet und laut. Resümee: Für Familien mit Kleinkindern möglicherweise geeignet sonst nicht empfehlenswert - Preis - Leistung passt nicht

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche im Samer Hof. Unser Appartement befand sich in einem Nebengebäude über die Straße. Das Appartement hatte ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV. Im Wohnbereich gab es eine Küche mit Tisch, Stühlen und ein Doppelstockbett. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche und das WC ist in einem separaten Raum. Alles ist sehr sauber. Für unsere Kleine wurde ein Rausfallschutz angebracht. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, Omelette wurde frisch zubereitet. Mittags gab es zwei Gerichte am Buffet, Salat und Suppe. Nachmittags gab es zwei verschiedene Eissorten und Kuchen. Das Abendessen konnte man am Vortag am Handy per Barcode aussuchen, es gab ein Fleischgericht, ein Fischgericht und ein vegetarisches Gericht. Suppe und Salat konnte man sich vom Buffet holen. Für die Kinder gab es 6 Gerichte zur Auswahl, 3 feste Gerichte und 3 wechselnde Gerichte. Die Kinder konnten sich als Dessert ein Eis am Stiel aussuchen. Das Abendessen und das Dessert waren jeden Tag ein Traum. Zwischen 20 - 22 Uhr sind alle Cocktails inklusive. Bei schönen Wetter kann man sie draussen auf der Terrasse genießen mit Blick auf den kleinen Spielplatz oder auf der vorderen Terrasse direkt am Kidsclub. Für die Kinder wird hier sehr viel geboten, Kidsclub mit Indoorspielplatz, Kinderschminken, Klettern in der Kletterhalle, Kettcar fahren inkl. Rennen, Hüpfburg, Schatzsuche, Pferde reiten, Lamas spazieren führen, Zauberworkshop und Zaubershow, Kinderdisco. Familien Rafting wird angeboten, für Kinder ab 4 Jahre und es war ein riesiger Spaß für alle, die Kinder durften mit Wasserpistolen alle nass spritzen. Auf dem Dach befindet sich ein kleiner überdachter Sky Pool mit Liegen auf der Sonnenterrasse. Der Samer Hof hat am Pressegger See einen Privatstrandbad mit Liegen und Schirm. Die Getränke am Kiosk sind inklusive und am Nachmittag Kuchen. Mein Mann hatte während des Aufenthalts Geburtstag, da wurde am Abend der Tisch schön dekoriert, es gab ein Schokotörtchen mit Feuerfontäne inkl. Ständchen und ein Gutschein für eine 20-Minuten Massage im Spa. Die Massagen sind herrlich. Es gibt noch ein kleines Fitnessstudio und Sauna. Zum Abschied gab es noch Badesalz geschenkt. Der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Si ritengono un 4 stelle che in Italia è un buon 3 ,ma nn importa una piscina dalle immagini sembra a sfioro in alto sopra l'hotel ed è un 3 x4 forse 5 al massimo....poi prenotiamo dei massaggi e ci informiamo al nostro arrivo, appena pagato il soggiorno (mai vista una cosa del genere di solito si paga quando si lascia la struttura )che nn li fanno il weekend bene bravi ma poco chiari,poi è situato in centro in mezzo a molte abitazioni, quindi anche il panorama nn era il massimo,ma il prezzo era da 4 stelle....... Grazie tante lo stesso!
