I would rate this budget hotel 2/5. The location is its main advantage, conveniently situated close to key attractions and transportation. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The service was poor, I was charged twice for my stay, and the refund process takes time. Luckily trip.com helped me to liase, and I received reply from hotel very soon. I can see hair in sink and stain on pillow case when i juat entered the room. For a budget hotel, the price was extremely high and did not match the quality of service or facilities provided. The rooms were basic and lacked amenities, making it feel overpriced and not worth the cost. While the location is excellent, the subpar service and lack of value for money make it hard to recommend this hotel. There are likely better options in the same area at a more reasonable price.

located in CBD, with all amenities nearby, good aircon, comfortable bed, good sound insulation, except when there is music in some bar. kick scooters ryde are available everywhere. Since my last visit 10 ys ago, there has been a lot of positive developments, public transport is good as well as some real estate investment and all that goes with it in the area.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help. It is in a great location and the rooms were clean but the bed was really uncomfortable.

Stayed 4 days, the mattress was so so, but location is very good and staff was very friendly.

Located in city centre, but room was small for the price. The good thing is they allowed us to checkin before time, which is the first time happened to us.

Easy to locate and walking distance from bus stop and supermarket. Got to do self check in on ipad and mine keep having error. The hotel guy at counter helped me with check in and want to charge me for the hotel room which I had already paid via Trip app. Pls be careful if you're doing manual check in with the hotel staff. Decent size for 2pax but opening 2 luggages was quite an issue because of limited floor space.

No free service at all! only tv remote control in the room. The guy in the front desk was rude by keeping me waiting 3h untill the check in time 15pm, which is also a late one. And ask for 100NWK if i want to check in!!! I did not pay and waited untill 15:00 pm and went to the desk and he impolitely pointed to a tablet to proceed with online check in! It was not the case with other customers i was the only one🤨

Great location, very warm and well insulated. Pretty small floor space to use a large luggage but still manageable. Would recommend and return.
