Great hotel.l and location. Spacious and clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Luggage storage is an extra bonus.

Definitely recommended. We were fortunate to get a front facing family room which was surprisingly big and nice views, we were lucky to spot the northern lights from our bedroom while sipping on warm beverages.

"My" home in Tromso!! ＜3 Very, very good!! It exceeded my expectations! Excellent location! Fantastic, comfortable and very clean facilities! The quality of service is excellent!! Large and comfortable room; I had an excellent stay and I will definitely be back!! The hotel offers coffee and tea and chocolate, isn't it amazing?! :) The kitchen is large and extremely well equipped - it has everything, and we can prepare warm food at the end of the day. The dining room has a view of the Arctic Cathedral!....a dream!, and the kitchen window has a LINEN curtain...hand embroidered!! It immediately caught my attention, because it reminds me of the curtains in our parents' and grandparents' houses! ＜3 ＜3 . I loved everything about this hotel. I felt like I was at home! In fact, it doesn't even look like a hotel; It's so cozy that it feels like a big family's home! ＜3 . It's "MY" home in Tromso! ＜3 ＜3 The only bad thing was having to leave... :(, but, God willing, I will come back! Thank you very much for everything, Ami hotel: for the comfort, for the care and for the friendliness!! Hugs.
