Great hotel for it's price. Especially when tromso is such an expensive city. Like seriously expensive. The check in process was seamless and quite convenient. A passcode is sent to me prior to arriving and I just needed to key that in. Only problem was that the hotel was located on the top of a hill. So it was painful trying to get to it from city center.

Great hotel.l and location. Spacious and clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Luggage storage is an extra bonus.

Definitely recommended. We were fortunate to get a front facing family room which was surprisingly big and nice views, we were lucky to spot the northern lights from our bedroom while sipping on warm beverages.

This hotel is a nightmare, my best recommendation is that you never stay here. Don't even think about it.
To get to the hotel there are some terrible slopes, super slippery, you risk your life for a hotel
The room is dirty and smelly, the sheets are not changed and the photos do not match reality.
The service is horrible. Don't ask the girl at reception for anything, because they seem like robots that don't reason.
Anything you have, they tell you to talk to the middleman and they don't give you any solution.
In short, I think there are too many good options in Tromso to ruin your stay in a place like this.

The room is very small and the price/performance ratio is very low. The location is on the hillside, the view outside the hotel is very good, but it is easy to slip in winter, so it is best not to bring a suitcase.
