Hotel was near the bus terminal (~5min walk). Breakfast was normal. Habour view was amazing, but slightly too bright to catch northern lights. A word of caution for those coming in winter, the roads might be full of snow/ice, which can be a challenge dragging big luggages.

The hotel is located in the city centre right by the harbour, with magnificent view of the opposite coast, the Arctic Cathedral, and the surrounding mountains. Thanks to the downtown location, it is easy to get to the hotel by bus from the airport. (The airport express bus stops right outside the hotel, while the local buses stop 2 streets away.) There are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets within a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. The check in and check out processes were fast and the staffs were efficient. My room is clean, comfortable and quiet. Hot water came quickly in the shower, and the WiFi is easy to access. There are water dispensers beside the lift lobby on every floor. While the room rate is not cheap, the rate of this hotel is slightly less than the rates of similar hotels in the vicinity.

Great location, AirPort Express bus right outside hotel, room is clean, spacious and nice sea view

Room was more spacious than expected - can open 2 large suitcases comfortably, with space to walk around. Loved that we had 2 pillows each, kettle, and there were enough hooks & hangers. Location was excellent. Breakfast was a good spread. Overall very pleased at value for Scandinavia.

This hotel is at great location, accessible to many shops and resturants. Even some tours’ meet up point is also easy to get back.
View is stunning. We were able to see the northern light from our room on the 22 Nov 25.
There is heating on the bathroom floor which is a plus point during cold winter.
Reception staffs were friendly and understanding.
Will come back to this hotel again.

The ladies in general were very friendly and welcoming.

Perfect location and amenities, airport bus infront of the hotel. Check in time is 4pm which is a bit late and they charge you for early check in
