Their recommendations for local attractions and eateries were invaluable.

Room was slightly small, but great value for money as there was bfast, tea break and dinner provided throughout our stay.

The breakfast food was good, the location was good, and the refreshments were good. I didn’t try dinner. Those with Aurora tours at the reception are very convenient. The only drawback is that the room card cannot be photographed. Every time the room card opens the door, sometimes it cannot be connected and has to be handled at the reception desk. The sound insulation is a little bit different.

The location is excellent, only a three- to five-minute walk from the event center and one minute from the bus station. The front desk restaurant and room service staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is not too small for this city and the bed is a bit soft. The most commendable thing is that it includes breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea, which are served for a long time. There is basically no need to go out to eat in restaurants. Especially when you come with friends, you can eat in the restaurant at your own pace, saving a lot of time. You know During the peak tourist season, it takes a long time to wait for a seat at an outside restaurant to order a meal. The variety and taste of the food are pretty good. The hotel is right outside the pier with beautiful scenery. It is a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel is located right next to the urban marina. Dinner, breakfast and afternoon tea are available. There are not many varieties for dinner and breakfast. There is self-service coffee and tea available in the hotel lobby. A kettle and disposable slippers are provided in the room.

Excellent, beautiful view next to the boat, good food

It includes breakfast, snacks, and light snacks and is highly cost-effective. I think there are many people who come to Tromsø for activities such as aurora hunting, and there is good access to the meeting point. The location is also great, close to the port. If you don't make some adjustments to the shower, the water will likely flood into the toilet, but it dries quickly so there's no problem. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Our stay was for 6 nights in total, we were pleasantly surprised by the included meals and friendly staff. We were able to book all of our excursions through Magic Tromso right in the hotel lobby and were able to do everything we wanted to book last minute. I highly recommend this hotel for the location and cost. The only downfall was that the hot tub wasn’t included in the booking. It was a small added fee which I must have overlooked on their website.
