The staffs of reception are cold and unhelpful. Wait at least 5 minutes to recognise 2 people standing front of them when there were only 2 of us in the lobby. When we checked out there were 3 staffs chatting to each other behind desk.

Good location near the airport by local bus within 5 min. View of the mountain is very nice. The staffs are helpful. The room is clean and everything is good except there is no amenities, besides body wash, shampoo and conditioner which is pretty enough.

Impressed by the setup that the reception is located at the top floor with bar. Saw the northern light last night at the top floor. Very good location

Pretty new and modern hotel
Our twin room is slightly small, the pillow and bed mattress are both too firm for us, we had to ask for some small pillows for children to sleep, but thanks for the service and hospitality from the staff.
The shower is very weak, you will definitely feel cold after the shower in winter.
Welcome drink is a plus, the breakfast limited choice, no fresh fruits. Close to the airport and need taxi or bus to go to the city centre.
Top floor reception and bar area got great view to airport and fjord.

When we arrived we were a bit lost as the reception is actually on the 11th floor but once we arrived we knew why, this hotel has a really cozy lounge with a stunning view. The staff was fantastic and super friendly, they even gave us a better room with a view and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and they also give you a welcoming drink which was really good. Although the hotel is not in the center of Tromso, this location is very convenient as it is just one bus stop from the airport and 10min bus to the center. I would totally go back!
