Popular Trois-Rivieres 4-star Hotels

Stayed here for two nights on Canada road trip. Hotel is well positioned in the small town of Trois Rivières down by the river. Is a short walk to the main food & drinks area. Room was large and well appointed. Hotel is part of a conference center so always felt busy. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking plentiful and convenient underground or above. Bar staff were friendly as were breakfast staff. Breakfast is a la carte and what we had was very tasted and decent price. If in the area again would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular view on the lake The hotel is in a very calm location, one hears just the wind blowing. We loved the rooms, very spacious and clean. We loved very much the jacuzzi outside (covered however!). The staff is very helpful. On the negative side, the rain shower had a very small debit and setting the right temperature was not easy, the thermostat reacts too slowly. We found the mattresses much too soft. More surprisingly, a trolley with rests of food remained one day in the corridor even after we highlighted this to the receptionist. Not hygienic and pleasant to see old food abandoned for so long. The sauna is very small and not so cosy, only sitting position is comfortable. There is no lift so those with heavy luggage better call on male staff at the reception. If only a young lady is present, one may have a problem. For guests with reduced mobility, rooms at the ground floor are perfectly accessible. Overall, a nice and calm place.

I had a nice stay in this hotel. The staff are nice and they can speak english. The room is sparkling clean and the bed is so nice. The restaurant in the jotels offers delicious food in buffet and affordable price. The hotel is also located in the heart of the downtown so you can visit their tourist attraction in trois rivière easily.

I cannot say enough about this hotel & it’s employees. We originally planned to stay 3 nights to move our daughter into her dorm room (U of Ottawa), which was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Due to some complications with our daughter’s dorm room we ended up having to extend our stay for one more night….and then one more night after that. Despite having to extend our stay twice, the staff was extremely accommodating and while we did have to move rooms once (our fault), the staff made sure that it was as seamless as possible, allowing us to stay in our old room until the new one was ready. Since we booked our room through an online hotel booking site, rather than through the hotel directly, we normally would have had to check out & then come back later in the afternoon to check into our new room (again completely our fault and decision). Thankfully Abdul from the front desk arranged for us to stay in our current room so we didn’t have to go through that hassle. As for the rooms themselves, they are great, very clean, comfortable, spacious, plus having a full kitchen AND a washer & dryer in the room was a huge benefit. We’ve stayed in several other hotels that offer ‘suites’, but they didn’t have the amenities or space this hotel offers. Having on-site underground parking was a bonus, especially considering the limited parking in this area & that there are several restaurants & stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful & never made us feel like we’re asking too much, whether it was asking for an extra coffee pack, directions/suggestions for restaurants or in our case moving room etc.,. The only thing we would change would be booking with the hotel directly, instead of using one of the online hotel booking sites as we unfortunately did. We didn’t save any money using the site & it would’ve made things a lot easier if we just booked directly with the hotel. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this hotel.

The hot spring paradise in the deep mountains offers a good price. Rich breakfast and well equipped. Really enjoy the service. It is recommended to like, originally check out at 11 o'clock. Free delay to us until two o'clock. 💯. Five stars like!

Hotel location is good, the reception service is very good, because the booking on the booking, a small mistake at the beginning, and later the front desk helped us solve, thank you! The shortcoming is that the room is not soundproof.

Good experience overall. bed and room was nice and clean. person on site were nice . very good breakfast with good quality. we will recommand to our friends. location is good because it is close to the highway.

We've had the pleasure of staying here 7 times from July 2019 to this week (late May 2021). The staff, facilities, price, and comfort keep us coming back. We've enjoyed the hotel pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. Service has always been excellent and meeting safety standards. We've also enjoyed the gym and pool. During the pandemic, the gym and pool are open by reservations. Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel avant la pandémie et pendant la pandémie.
