This was the worst hotell I've ever been to. I came there booking 3 rooms and one of them was so broken it looked as if a tornado had been there. Room nr. 13 in Famars. Floor was dirty. Wall and floor had a big hole/ Crack in it. The curtains had been put up with a fork on the wall. Mould behind the bed and the bed was broken in half. Was the standard on the hotell so bad they don't see the problems on this room? The staff was so rude they asked if I could pay to get a better room. But this big mistake was there fault, not to be paid by me as a client. I swear only a blind man can clean the room and leave it like that. The worst was that I arrived so late, had absolutely no chance of even getting another hotell or camping. Me and my family slept on a parkinglot along the road. This absolutely ruined our family trip because we were all tired and mom was sick and then this crossed our paths. Absolutely not what we needed.

Capsule au top je recommande vivement. Hote très réactif simple d'accès tout est expliqué correctement .Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour merveilleux. Très propre merci pour ce bon moment. Je reviendrait sans soucis en essayant une autre capsule. A bientôt.

Excellent séjour à Valenciennes dans la capsule jungle de Mehdi ! La déco immersive nous plonge vraiment dans l’ambiance, et le confort est au rendez-vous. L’accueil est chaleureux et professionnel, on se sent bien pris en charge. Je recommande vivement cette expérience unique et dépaysante, parfaite pour changer d’air et profiter d’un moment hors du commun. Un vrai coup de cœur ! Merci !! Safia

Déjà pas très propre quand on arrive, miettes de pain à côté du grille-pain sur l'étagère, cheveux sur le sol, film brise vue sur fenêtre salle de bain qui se décolle, volets roulants ne fonctionnent pas, bac à douche cassé, une éponge de cuisine usagée (je pense que c'est à enlever lors de votre repasse ménage), réfrigérateur sale, 2 coussins de couleurs déchirés, pas d'eau chaude le lendemain soir et surlendemain de nôtre arrivée. Il est 22h quand on appelle car venons de rentrer, la dame au bout du fil c'est seulement à cette heure que vous téléphonez, nous répondons (désolés d'être comme vous mais nous sommes là pour travailler et venons de rentrer). Nous avons envoyés des photos, une vidéo car même l'extérieur n'était pas correct. Un immeuble encore en travaux. Réponses il faut contacter booking pour se faire rembourser 40 euros. Pfffff. Et aucune possibilité de rentrer en contact avec booking.

J'ai payé ma réservation et je n'ai jamais reçu le deuxième mail qui normalement demandait une caution et me donnait acces à ma chambre ! Du coup je n'ai pas su rentrer et malgré cela ils ne veulent absolument pas me rembourser ! C'est purement des voleurs, ETABLISSEMENT A FUIR ABSOLUMENT ! ! !
