Good welcome in the facility with helpful and smiling staff. The food offered at the restaurant is excellent, accompanied by a lot of friendliness. At the moment there was no particular crowding but this did not prevent the staff from expressing professionalism.

We were 8 people, so 4 spacious and very comfortable rooms with a terrace. A big special thank you to Ciccio from the restaurant and to Massimo the chef, despite our delay we were pampered! Great establishment! The sea is 5 minutes away and everything is flowery and wooded. We are thinking of coming back but for a longer stay. A little extra, parking on site and the residence is closed in the evening. I really recommend it!!!

Leisure trip with my wife and 3 children aged 14, 11 and 5. The best-kept and beautiful structure in the area, large rooms, stunning views of the sea, every comfort you could want. I chose this resort by chance, and it was a great choice! For those who love the sea and tranquility this is the right place!!! Kilometers of uncrowded beach, cold sea that regenerates you (some sea****) and sunbeds and bars with delicious granitas!!! Excellent food, clean and spacious rooms, always smiling and very kind staff!!! If you need anything for breakfast or lunch or dinner, contact Mrs. Mena who is always available, kind and smiling!!! And the best thing was that I spent a week with my dog ​​and I was able to take him to the seaside with me!!! My 80 year old mother regenerated and was happy!!! In short, we will definitely return!!! PRO: Top Animation, congratulations to all the Mr. Smile Animazione staff. Excellent food, table service, varied menu, 4-star restaurant. Well-equipped beach. Friendly and helpful staff. CONS: The rooms in the hotel would need renovation, 2-star hotel furnishings, yet little would be needed to improve (antique chandeliers, dilapidated shower cubicle, bed with a sinking spring base), however all the essential services are present (tv , air conditioning, refrigerator) If I can give some advice, I would have liked more Sicilian confectionery specialties during my stay (cannoli, cassata, almond paste, cascades). Perfect value for money, I think that for a family with children it is a perfect solution, to be recommended.

We stayed in this village in the last two weeks of August, we were a group of friends (in total 6 families with children) who rented 6 apar**ents. On my experience (I speak for myself and not for the people who were with me) I can make a neutral assessment, in the sense that the negative and positive aspects compensated each other. The positive aspects concern the apar**ents, very clean, very spacious with new appliances. The staff all go out of their way to meet your every need and are very kind. The beach is spacious and the umbrellas are spaced just right from each other. Let's move on to the negative things: the village appears to be in an initial phase of change, so it has many shortcomings but also potential: there is no swimming pool (in my opinion a MAJOR handicap) and this, in an area where the sea is often full of jellyfish or rough (and still open sea), it makes the difference. These days you are either forced to go out or stay in your room to sleep, there is no alternative. The area used for evening entertainment is small and has a fountain in front of the stage, so you are forced to sit sideways (except for a single row of chairs in front of the stage). The entertainment, which I hear good things about in other reviews, seemed tired and often listless and was not able, in the two weeks we were in the village, to involve us. Then they proposed a weekly program of evening entertainment, so whoever stayed for two weeks had to see the same shows the second. And then, in closing, a mention for the Triscina area. It seems like a deserted city, with few, very few tourists and far from major points of interest. In the evening to find a little life, you had to go to Maza del Vallo to climb. For the rest, as I was saying, thanks to the enormous commi**ent of all the staff, the balance is not negative.

There were three of us (wife with our daughter) in the residence: the very nice mini-apar**ent with equipped kitchen, large dining room and excellent bedroom. the distance from the sea was 3 minutes walk inside the village. the beach is equipped with a guaranteed umbrella, deckchair and sunbed. Guaranteed and covered parking space. Excellent animation, very engaging and not at all intrusive for both adults and children. the sore points are: The sea is very cold and there is no swimming pool for adults. The excursion to Favignana and Levanzo promoted by the village and managed by an external company should be avoided: a tragedy bordering on the improbable, packed like mice with terrible hygienic conditions!!!
