Recently I had a family function there on the top floor. Spacious space over there is the only good point. They won't do any services, unless and until we ask them to do (like cleaning, table top mats, welcome intimation for guests etc in my case). The very highlighting feature is the BEHAVIOUR OF FRONT OFFICE LADY. She is sooo annoying and ask for money all the time if we ask any service. She doesn't even know how to smile at a customer. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. To the management, If you do anything to improve the services, your front office lady will destroy it with her behaviour towards customers.
