El Maxim ya no es lo que era. Nos hemos quedado muchas veces y hemos ido viendo su deterioro. En cuanto a mobiliario, paredes y piso de las habitaciones. Esta última vez pasamos sólo una noche de camino a Montevideo. La desprolijidad del ropero (almohadas, mantas y otros accesorios estaban en total desorden como arrumbadas) no incitaba a utilizar dichos elementos en caso de necesidad. Lo peor se presentó al otro día ya que debimos bañarnos con agua tibia a fría... Cuando bajamos a desayunar, nos quejamos en recepción y la persona que detentaba el turno ni siquiera se levantó de su asiento para conversar, limitándose a decir que le comentaría al Administrador. Lamentable!!

Muy lindo y correcto hotel. Muy bien ubicado, muy limpio con un desayuno más que correcto. A 5 min de la Reserva Talicce. La atención del personal muy cálida. 100% recomendable. La habitación era muy espaciosa para los 4 y el baño super completo.

Nos quedamos la noche del 14, en el Hotel. Hicimos un pago por adelantado que excedía el monto de la habitación para dos y lo que nos habían dicho, que según nos informaron era 4.125. El depósito lo hicimos el 29 de abril por 4.500. al final me cobraron una habitación de 5.143, no entendemos la situación y nos tomó por sorpresa. La chica de la recepción de la llegada muy amable, la de la salida no nos dió una explicación de la situación y el porqué y demasiado antipática para estar en una recepción El Hotel es lindo, pero no para tener un buen descanso, desde las 8 de la mañana el personal de limpieza hablaba por altavoz con recepción y con música alta, mucho, mucho ruido, si funciona como despertador un éxito. Ell restaurante excelente, así como el servicio del mismo, porciones, precios, atención pero no encontramos mucha explicación en lo que nos sucedió y lo lamentamos.

Lamentable noche inhóspita de lluvia relámpagos y truenos con dos niñas de 4 y 5 años. Bajamos a cenar y nos dicen que el restaurante está cerrado por una promoción taliche. Tenían 10 personas en el hotel y no puden dar un servicio lamentable.
