It is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Trinidad. The staff are excellent, very pleasant. The rooms are well decorated and very clean. Our room was overlooking the city with beautiful sunsets. It truly offers the historical charm of old Cuba.

What a great hotel and location on the City of Trinidad. The reception Leader Ady was able to assist us with extending our stay. The restaurant chef prepared a delicious lunch for all the members of our group. The bartender and restaurant crew provided great customer service. Overall, it was a great experience, and even the security and luggage handeler were very attentive and servicing.

Tried to book the hotel online while we were in Havana. But due to the problem with Internet in Cuba we couldn't. As we didn't have anywhere to stay when we got there we were desperate. Rang the hotel directly but they wouldn't accept a telephone booking. Eventually had to get someone from the uk to book it for us. Stayed 3 nights in the deluxe room. It was beautiful. Very comfortable large bed and view over the mountain. The 24 hr bar has a large sitting area and a terrasse with comfortable seats where you can sit and have a drink and light food. Lovely swimming pool. The staff very friendly. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were good too.

Wowww. That was my recent experience during my stay at Mystique Trinidad La Popa by Royalton. Services were 100% effective & efficient, specially when the advice, the attitude and the attention came from Dary Zilega. That little girl was exceptionally good. Every time she commented on booking some activity she was always right. I’m recommending this hotel and specially Dary’s attention. Greetings 👋

This hotel was amazing! It is very luxurious while still staying true to the surroundings. It’s only a few steps away from the city centre which makes it great to experience the vibrant culture of the city. The staff is very nice and friendly.

The truth is that I had an incredible experience, the warm treatment, the 5-star attention, the service in all areas of the first-class hotel and you make a cosy and peaceful stay to be with the family, I highly recommend it

Overwhelming experience, great atmosphere... marvelous views, spectacular sunsets, outstanding attention by the staff... Darita, (Darianne Silega)... such a tiny soul that holds a lot of energy and contagious joy. She is the one that we'd like to thanks the most because matter when... everytime that she was asked for something she showed a lot dedication and hospitality... we felt very appreciated!
