Mystique Trinidad by Royalton

What a great hotel and location on the City of Trinidad. The reception Leader Ady was able to assist us with extending our stay. The restaurant chef prepared a delicious lunch for all the members of our group. The bartender and restaurant crew provided great customer service. Overall, it was a great experience, and even the security and luggage handeler were very attentive and servicing.

Tried to book the hotel online while we were in Havana. But due to the problem with Internet in Cuba we couldn't. As we didn't have anywhere to stay when we got there we were desperate. Rang the hotel directly but they wouldn't accept a telephone booking. Eventually had to get someone from the uk to book it for us. Stayed 3 nights in the deluxe room. It was beautiful. Very comfortable large bed and view over the mountain. The 24 hr bar has a large sitting area and a terrasse with comfortable seats where you can sit and have a drink and light food. Lovely swimming pool. The staff very friendly. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were good too.

We had a fantastic time at the Mystique hotel in Trinidad Cuba! The hotel is lovely, and with excellent attentive staff looking after us. Nothing was too much bother for them. Trinidad itself is a lovely old town with plenty to see. I would also recommend the horse riding to the sugar plantation with a trip to the waterfall for a dip We would definitely come back!!!❤️❤️

Everything and I mean everything about this hotel is 5 star My wife and I reserved this hotel because we were looking for a small hotel in city. We reserved a room.for the week with map (modified american plan). We arrived a few hours early. The security guard and receptionist both welcomed us by name. From the moment we arrived until we left, all the staff were extremely respectful, professional, courteous. Always ready to respond to all our needs and questions without being at all intrusive. Every detail was arranged ahead of time. We have never been to another hotel where my wife was treated with so much respect. The hotel is located at the top of the hill, our balcony had a view of entire city, with amazing sunsets everynight. I usually make a special mention for staff members who are special or spectacular. At this hotel it is unfortunately impossible. Every member of the staff here from manager to housekeeper has been amazing. It would honestly be unfair to mention anyone in particular. When not if, my wife and I return to Trinidad we will return to this hotel, without a doubt.

I visited the Hotel Mystique Trinidad La Popa for the very first time today and I was greatly impressed by the look, staff, service and food of this nice hotel. I just came to take a look but I liked it so much that I’m planning to stay at this hotel on my next visit to the city of Trinidad.

The hotel is situated at the top of a hill providing fantastic views of Trinidad. You can walk easily down to the centre of the town. The room we had overlooked the pool and had a balcony. It was a well sized room that had a generous sitting area. We had booked the half board option. We requested rooms next to each other and were provided with this option. There was an excellent breakfast spread, however, we were limited in what we could have as the food was covered with flies as all the doors and windows were open. I appreciate that this is not always a concern for everyone, however, we had not been well during our trip and were being extra cautious. The evening meal was nice, but the choice was limited to 2 dishes in the main course. If you are vegetarian, you may struggle. For the evening meal it is a table service. During our 2 night stay, there were several power outages ranging from a few minutes to over an hour. The wi-fi kept dropping even when the electricity was on. The staff were nice.
