Great hotel for a nice, quiet and relaxing stay. Not far from the more popular beaches. Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Excellent food and absolute personal attention. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

Probably the best low budget room from all my 3 weeks travel Sri Lanka. Good and clean bed White clean and soft towel Kettle in the room Hot water with shampoo, shower gel in bathroom

Бюджетный отель, есть все необходимое. Самое главное - кондиционер, горячая вода, холодильник. Мебель довольно старая. Персонал приветливый и ненавязчивый. Отель расположен довольно далеко от известных пляжей и тусовки туристов. Из окна вида нет, но красивый вид на общей террасе на этаже.

色々とありすぎましたが、総合的にスタッフは皆とても一生懸命で優しくて良い人たちでした！まず、Trip.comで予約していた4泊分の予約がチェックイン時に予約されていなかった様子。スタッフはたくさんいるのですが英語で問題なく意思疎通できるスタッフが2人くらいしかおらず毎回なかなかその2人に当たらない笑。バタバタと部屋に案内されるもエアコンのリモコンが見当たらず、ちょうどスタッフがタオルを持ってきてくれて(恐らく急いで提供した部屋だったので準備が完璧ではない部屋だったのかな？)そのタイミングでリモコンをお願いすると比較的すぐ持ってきてくれました。wi-fiパスワードが電話に手書きで書いてあるがかすれて読めずまたスタッフを探して聞く笑。お湯が出ると思っていたら常温(始めちょっと冷たいけど頑張って浴びているとなぜかだんだんあったかくなってる気がする不思議、でも温度は全く同じだった笑)で水圧もかなり弱い。スタッフにお願いするも温度は恐らくどうにもならない模様。水圧だけでもとお願いしたら少しだけ良くなりました。ただ次の日の夜になるとまた水圧が弱いので4日間毎日シャワー前に水圧を調整してもらうようお願いをしていた。水圧チェックを確かめに来る時にスタッフが靴のままバスマットにのり、水で靴も濡れてる為、バスマットが黒く… 2日連続これをされたので、水圧良くなったのでチェックはも大丈夫ですーとこちらから伝えた。文化の違いかもしれないけどやはりゲストのバスマットが黒くなるのとか気にしないのかな。 Trip.com (***********も同様) に載っていたランドリーサービス、自転車無料貸出、両替などは全てなかったです笑ロケーションは海の目の前で気持ちいいです。町中までも歩いて10〜20分で着きますが、私は夜の野良犬が怖すぎて(昼は寝ててのんびりしているのに夜はスーパーアクティブ..)毎回トゥクトゥクを使わざるをえなかったです。ホテル自体は悪くないですが、やはりシャワーだけがどうしても気になりました。あと停電は毎日頻繁におこりました。(特に困りはしなかったですが長い時で数時間笑) スタッフは本当にみんな問題を解決しようと必死で要望を聞いてくれようとします。とても穏やかでフレンドリーでハニカミ笑顔をいつもしてくれます笑ただ英語が結構弱いので根気強く伝えるのが必要です。

位置近主街和火車站，但是周邊吃飯和交通都不方便。房間設施陳舊，無線網絡要找前台要路由器，座椅也是壞的，預約觀鯨也約不上。酒店餐飲很貴，淋浴也不好用。
