The hotel is really special. There is no sign on the door. I thought I was in the wrong place, haha.
Facilities: The sea view room is very good. There is a separate path leading directly to the seaside. There are two showers in the room, and you can also take a shower outside.
Hygiene: On rainy days, some small bugs would crawl into the room. One night, I was scared to death that there was a big bug on the bed.
Service: The hotel has a beach bar, and the food is served very slowly. The Coconut King tastes terrible, so order with caution.

The jungle hut is great, the view is beautiful, the service is attentive and the beach is even better. A good choice for business trips

Like Ctrip with real name: First, I booked another hotel in Trincomalee, but the store told me that there was no room. There is nothing to say about the service. I had a beach seafood BBQ for dinner, $190 for two people (not including tip)

We our visit to Uga jungle beach was an amazing one. Firstly mentioning the customer service, Uga has a well capable crew who was so friendly and helpful we were very pleased with the gestures. Even though we visited during the off season which was a bit rainy the environment was so nice and cool specially mentioning the random animals that we saw small deers, butterflies, birds and giant squirrels. We loved how nature was secured to give the customers a true nature vibe Food was so good and you must visit the beach in the sun set and sun rise it was just amazing. We loved the sea bar the cocktails were so nice. Also mentioning the evening bike rides along the long roadways was a different kinda experience♂️ We would definitely visit in the season time aswel. We loved the stay ❤️✨

Special thanks to Team Jungle beach for the warm welcome and hospitality showed to us during our stay. A big shout out to Rooban who picked us up from the airport, took us on our private guided tour of Trincomalee and transferred us to our onward destination. He took good care of us, nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed his company. All the staff were excellent. A special mention to Prabodha and Mithila our friendly restaurant waiters. The food was plentiful and a good choice at each meal sitting. Another thank you to Fonseka the guide and life guard for my husbands excursion to Pigeon Island where he swam with 5 sharks and a turtle. We were upgraded to a beach cabin which was well maintained and well serviced by the cleaning staff. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower. The beach was beautiful, the sea warm and calm. On our last night we were served dinner on the beach lit by lamps and a bonfire. We have very special memories of our time at this lovely hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at Uga Jungle Beach. Special thanks to Resort Manager Roshan and Executive Chef Chandika, who were very down-to-earth and attentive. We stayed for two days, and the accommodation, food, and pools were fantastic. All the staff were well-informed about their guests' needs. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Uga Jungle Beach.

Amazing hospitality by all, special mention to Manoj for the attentive and warm service given to our entire group. The location is gorgeous & well maintained, with so much wild life and beautiful private access beaches. A must go location!

We came to uga jungle beach with family. We were a group of 17.The staff were amazing,The food was excellent. Thank you so much.Visited giri hadu seya. Such a wonderful place. There were many starving dogs. Suggest the hotel management if possible to send any remnants of food from hotel to them. Lovely weather joyful stay. Thank you
