Stayed for four nights on business. Comfortable room and there is loads of informal seating near the reception area leading to the bar. The food was excellent. All the staff were polite, friendly and immaculately presented. A true credit to the profession. The only issue is the steep steps from the car park to the reception which is a pain if you arrive with a heavy suitcase. I would happily stay again.

The room was excellent. I asked for lower ground room and that is what pAPI got all amenities for the disabled visitor. I had a CPAP machine and extension lead was given without asking. Saran,Samantha on reception should be given an award for perfect customer support, Gemma at the breakfast shift,was very pleasant and another award should go her way. I had such an amazing time I will go back to to the hotel.

We were greeted by very friendly receptionists and the entrance area was very nice. We had a drink in the bar before going up to our room and again looked after very well by Matthew and Jacob, which continued during our stay. The room was slightly dated, especially the bathroom, but was spotlessly clean and comfortable, especially the lovely bed. We requested a sea view via email beforehand and this was answered immediately and we got exactly what we wanted. On our first night we ate in the Galleria and the second night in the bar. Both very comfortable and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The menu was slightly limited and a couple of specials may have been a good idea but everything we had was very good. In fact the beef burger was incredible. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. All in all a great choice and we would definitely return. Great location for exploring the area and some of the nicest staff you could wish to meet.

Very satisfied with our room and the level of service from the helpful staff. Great breakfast and dining room with a view over the bay. Will be staying again soon in November to go to Floss Las racing, the hotel is very near the race course. Will request a ground floor room next time though.

We stayed a week - staff very attentive food good on our first night- fabulous super king bed which booking . Com said would be a double - the hotel has undergone refurbishment and would not disgrace itself in London in my opinion. We shall stay again- thank you.

The service was five stars all the way! We stayed for one night celebrating our anniversary, and they were super accommodating right from the get-go. I called ahead to ask for a specific room type since I get a bit claustrophobic, and the receptionist was really understanding and made sure we got the right room. I casually mentioned our anniversary during the call, and when we arrived, they congratulated us! The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfy. We had dinner booked for 8:30, and they even treated us to a complimentary drink! They seated us at a nice, private table, which made the evening feel extra special. The food was amazing, and Chloe, our server, was always smiling and attentive 😊. Breakfast was just as impressive, with a great selection of continental options and a tasty cooked breakfast. The rooms could use a little love, and the bathrooms could use some updates, but that won’t stop us from coming back!

The pillows are fluffy and very comfortable , so is the huge bed. The room is very clean and well set out.. Staff are so helpful and very friendly , we loved the view from our bedroom window .. would certainly want a room at the front of the hotel .. The breakfast is extremely good and a really wide choice. The menu for the evening is limited but good. I am sure as this Hotel continues to open up their roof top Restaurant etc this will prove even more popular .

Let me start by saying this probably isn't, by most people's standards, a four star hotel. Now hear me out. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel comfortable, welcomed and looked after. Everyone that served us during our stay cared about what they did and did it to the best of their abilities. I've stayed at some of the best hotels in the world and those guys would snap up the staff at Stradey Park Hotel in a heartbeat. Great food, great service, clean and homely room and a real family atmosphere. Do not change what these guys do, please love them and care for them as they are the backbone of your business. Thank you for making my family weekend a fantastic one.
