The hotel meets all criteria for a pleasant stay, with comfortable beds, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Upon check-out we ran a bit later than the 11am deadline, but the reception person was totally cool about it. The rooms are clean, bathroom is properly equipped and the staff are very helpful in terms of pointing tourists to various attractions.

They arrive, you hand them teir key cards, if only one for the double booked for 2 nights. And the you leave them to their own devices. No room numbers on any of the doors leading into assorted buildings, nor in the hallways, no instructions which door to use after the reception has been abadoned for the night, no making of beds or cleaning of the sink, and just a joke that putting a towel on the floor will get it exchanged. Nope. Leave it lying around all day, damp. Guests are such a bother.

The hotel room was basic and the floor uncleaned (breadcrumbs, hair etc.) when we arrived. Asking it to be cleaned took two attempts before it finally happened. The shower had some black spots on the joints between the tiles that I don’t want so speculate about. The breakfast was classic and offered a standard variety of cereals, bread and further. Unfortunately, it was clearly visible that at least the cucumbers must have been pre-cut (completely dried surfaces). All in all, this might have been a great place in the past, but currently especially the cleanliness and customer service are below standard.

We were on a bike tour in the Saar-Lor-Lux region. This establishment, which was the 5th stage, cancelled our reservation 36 hours before our arrival without any reason. This way of doing things is unacceptable. Fortunately we found another hotel quickly. They certainly had better things to do with the rooms than rent them to cyclists for one night.

Also noch einmal probiert wieder telefonisch gebucht, auf Komfortzimmer bestanden, wurde mündlich bestätigt. Mail kam dann, hab ich depp aber nicht kontrolliert ↕️ war natürlich wieder das Standardzimmer, wie beim letzten Mal. Jetzt aber hab ich nicht nachgegeben und tatsächlich, zwischen Standard und Komfort gibt es noch eine Zwischenstufe besser als Jugendherberge aber weit weg von Komfort. Also da rein, für zwei Nächte sollte es reichen. Der Rest war unverändert zum letzten Mal. Die Krönung sind dann im Restaurant die dort auf der Karte angepriesen Pasta!!! Mit super frischem Pesto aus Basilikum und Nüssen usw. Preislich auch irgendwie erschwinglich aber dann…… Fertigpesto aus dem Glas mit aufgewärmten Nudeln, garniert mit grob geraspeltem käse dazu einen trockenen Weißwein, der aber mehr feinherb war, aber da hat vielleicht die Zunge ob der super Pesto nicht mehr mitgemacht. Am nächsten Abend dann zur Sicherheit Mel die Pasta Bolognese wieder Fertigware mit exakt den gleichen Pasta wie am Abend davor ♂️ vom Wein wollen wir dann nicht mehr reden. Ok, kulinarisch eine Katastrophe, aber das Hotel ist eh immer mehr ein Durchgangshotel für Kunden aus den Nordseeanreinerstaaten, die dann mit Motorrädern, Fahrrädern usw. Für eine Nacht bleiben. Frühstück ist ok, mittlerer Standard- nix besonderes. Aufgabe für die nächste Tour; neues Hotel finden! Das auf jeden Fall nicht mehr, sorry

Sehr ruhiges Hotel, stadtnah. . Zimmer sehr groß , sauber und in Ordnung (lediglich Abnutzung Parkettboden), bequeme Betten, nettes Personal. Frühstück mit verschiedenen Säften, Eiern, Rühreier, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Yoghurt usw.. Für den Preis absolut o.k..

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet établissement. L’accueil est sympathique et agréable. J’ai eu une chambre au 3em étage. La salle de bain est petite mais suffisante. Petit bémol la porte de douche coulisse difficilement. Le wifi fonctionne correctement. Le petit déjeuner est bien achalandé.
