Single room bed was like a hostel bed. I was given a single room discounted € 55euro. For 7 nights. At check in i gave the owner my visa card. He asked if i could pay in cash. I told him ok but i didn't have enough cash. He asked to be paid the next day. I was on my way out the next day, a lady stopped me and asked for payment. I told the lady i was told they wanted cash. The lady insisted she has to be paid and she will now accept a credit card. I told her i didnt have my card. The owner from the previous night came out asking to be paid, i told him im going to get the € 398 cash he asked for. He suddenly got aggressive and told me I could not go out of the hotel, if i leave my, room key would not be active when i get back l was in shock, and decided to pack my bags checked out. If they can treat guest that way, they dont deserve to be on business. l checked into a different hotel Hotel ALA more expensive but i got my money "s worth. Mi è stata data una camera singola scontata 55euro. Per 7 notti. Al check-in ho dato al proprietario la mia carta Visa. Mi ha chiesto se potevo pagare in contanti. Gli ho detto ok ma non avevo abbastanza soldi. Ha chiesto di essere pagato il giorno successivo. Stavo uscendo il giorno dopo, una signora mi ha fermato e ha chiesto il pagamento. Ho detto alla signora che mi era stato detto che volevano contanti. La signora ha insistito sul fatto che doveva essere pagata e ora accetterà una carta di credito. Le ho detto che non avevo la mia carta. Il proprietario della notte precedente è uscito chiedendo di essere pagato, gli ho detto che avrei ricevuto i 398 € in contanti che aveva chiesto. All'improvviso è diventato aggressivo e mi ha detto che non potevo uscire dall'hotel, se avessi lasciato la mia, la chiave della camera non sarebbe stata attiva al mio ritorno, ero sotto shock e ho deciso di fare le valigie. Se possono trattare gli ospiti in questo modo, non meritano di essere in viaggio d'affari. Ho fatto il check-in in un altro hotel Hotel ALA più costoso ma ho avuto i miei soldi.

We booked in this hotel rooms for 15 persons in autum 2019 - and paid all in advance for a trip in March 2020. Corona killed our trip. This is not our fault, nor of the hotel. We didn't receive only 1 Euro back from them. We could have lived with half of the amount. Now, we were again in this area. The hotel offered us 3 rooms for 3 nights without paying again. We arrived there - and the hotel was closed. After a phone call a lady arrived and said, it's closed. And for the 2 following nights, the hotel is fully booked. We can't beleive this..... Never again we try to go there

Room was very musty, it was evident that it hadn't been used in awhile. The fridge didn't work nor did the air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window open. Food was average. Front desk service was very good and friendly and very helpful.
