I have now stayed in this hotel three times. I visit Treviso to go to Benetton rugby games. This is a very unique hotel situated overlooking Piazza Signori, right in the center of Treviso. It's less than a ten minute walk from the train station. All rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable bed linen, toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. It's worth taking some time to look at the items displayed on the shelves. They are quirky and add an interesting ambience. All staff I have met are extremely helpful and make you very welcome. The location is amazing and I'll certainly be staying here on my next visit to Treviso.

Stayed here for two night. Had the perfect stay. The rooms are beautiful, the location is amazing and you really can’t go wrong by staying here. I had just landed and was looking for a place for the night but would recommend staying here and exploring the town.

I stayed in this hotel twice in January 2023, when attending Rugby matches at Benetton. The location is amazing, about a 10 minute walk from the main train station and right on Piazza dei Signori. The staff are very welcoming especially Ludovica who sent me a great video showing where the property was and then helped when I had an issue with the safe. On both occasions, I had a very large room for a single traveller with coffee, snacks and everything I needed. The beds were comfortable, showers excellent and the room quiet given the busy location. I plan to visit Treviso regularly and will certainly stay here again. I apologize for the delay in writing this review as I really enjoyed both my stays here.

Having never stayed in a boutique hotel before we weren't sure what to expect but we certainly didn't expect such a wonderful experience. From the charming, polite and helpful staff to the beautiful room which was an interior design dream, such attention to detail with many stylish features, immaculately clean, gorgeous smells and the icing on the cake, two full length windows looking onto the historic square. Treviso itself captured our hearts, the ambience, the people, the food and drink not to forget the shops, architecture and fun of walking around it's maze like streets finding great bars and cafes. The bells in the church don't ring till 7am and stop at night, the road outside the hotel is so quiet. It really is a wonderful place, we were sorry to leave but will definitely return for a longer stay next time.

What a nice place!! It can hardly be called a hotel but rather a residence. The guest has the password for the door and on the 1st floor is the reception. We were well received and our room was very beautiful; facing an even more beautiful square! There is no breakfast but that has never been a problem for me. Pay attention to cars in the historic center of Italy as cars are not allowed to circulate. Be careful to stop your car well in advance to avoid getting a fine (we parked our car in a parking lot 10 minutes away, which doesn't mean a problem for me either!.. ask reception or the reservations department for the closest parking lot) . Avoid getting fined. Congratulations on the silence of the place. I recommend

Really central location, 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Very helpful staff, even suggesting where to go for dinner. Large room, well air conditioned and soundproofed. Large bathroom, it's a shame we weren't able to fully use the hydromassage shower (there were no instructions), but they didn't replace the towels overnight. Too bad about the absence of breakfast (but there are no shared spaces).

Position: maximum score for facing and position on the central square. Lots of stairs, not a problem for us, but should be mentioned when booking. Overall functional, for the night spent, but maintenance should be more: room walls not exactly clean; shower in 1 bathroom has a drain to clean because water comes out of the shower cubicle; also fabric roof header, it should be vacuumed well. The apartment sleeps 5, but 1 is a sofa on which a sheet is placed; one room has 2 beds but very little space; double bedroom: be careful... low beam hangs at nape level or in the middle of the nose (depends on height). For a night or for stays where you don't spend much time at home, it's fine, preferably for 3 people.

As you know, I am a regular traveler and have almost never experienced such terrible accommodation. Small room with anti-mosquito device because they didn't put mosquito nets on the windows. Shower in the room without water, no bidet and very noisy boiler. Only the breakfast taken in a bar was remarkable. Strongly not recommended
