Best location great restored room with view at the river would definitely book again

We were really looking forward to visiting this place as a family. We spent a long time choosing it. Unfortunately, our flight arrived late, which we informed the hotel staff about. To our surprise, we were refused (after they had already charged us!). We were forced to look for somewhere to stay in the middle of the night and ended up sleeping in a rented car!!! This was extremely uncomfortable and very upsetting for us. Yes, the hotel looks beautiful from the outside. But the behavior of the people who work there not only disappointed and outraged us — it left us completely bewildered. It was strange, unfair, and unacceptable. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff should be ashamed of such behavior. And by the way, they refused to return the money!

We arrived late at night and had indicated at the time of booking that we needed a late check-in, since our flight was arriving at night. The hotel accepted our reservation, immediately charged our card, and then suddenly stated that they could not accommodate us. To our perfectly reasonable question — why accept the reservation and charge us if you are not willing to check in guests? — we received an astonishingly rude reply. Quote: “Do you understand? If your flight arrives late, you should not have booked with us at all.” Such arrogant behavior toward guests and outright fraud is shocking. The hotel not only failed to fulfill its obligations but also allowed itself an offensive tone. We have filed a complaint against this hotel with Booking. Strongly not recommended — you risk being left without accommodation and without your money.

This hotel behaves like outright scammers. Money was charged without providing any service. A complete lack of honesty and basic respect for guests. Such behavior undermines trust and raises serious concerns about the safety of booking here. Strongly not recommended — the risk of losing money and peace of mind is far too high.

Avoid - awful service Avoid - they have very strict check-in times which they badly advertise in small. When contacting for help, they were very unhelpful even when messaging a while out
