will advise not to visit the town Treviolo as it got nothing to offer. The town turn to zombie land after 5 pm. The town consist of 2 pizza shop one of which called Robi pizza ,1 bar and also 2 other shop. This is not a tourist town The main town Bergamo is 20 minutes y taxi and 1.25 hour by foot. Every time you get taxi it will cost you €34 basically €68 in one day. furthermore taxi meters start at between €14-€15 before you even in taxi which is very strange for any countries never mind taxi. The hotel is very much backdated need serious renovations. Shower was broken water was splashing everywhere and floor was soaked. The hotel don’t provide room service so basically after 9 pm if you are hungry you will be starving as no shop will be open . we are from uk 🇬🇧 will never advise some one to come for a holiday. lesson well learned . The hotel far far away not a joke I will upload video of the hotel in my channel You tube channel : @ hellopeople66

Hotel with good quality/price ratio, convenient for those who have to go to Leolandia or Bergamo city. Super friendly staff make you feel at home straight away. Overall clean rooms, a little something needs to be checked like the lights (which don't work very well) and the hot water boiler.

I sent consultants who had to do a job for our company and we made a terrible impression. we chose this hotel because it was the last one available in Treviolo. Never again: spiders in the rooms, against falling ceilings and messy staff.

I can't find the words to comment on such a horrible experience, from the uncomfortable bed to the stinky blankets to the old and inadequate furniture... dirty and torn carpet, dirty blankets, uncomfortable bed, bathroom (calling it a bathroom is an insult to human intelligence) and no shower with broken glass on the post-war tap (dirty and rusty), friendly staff but incapable of making drinkable coffee... breakfast is an insult to Caritas. Not to mention the price of 120 euros for a room like this🙏...

We stayed there one night due to an issue with the airline. We were welcomed by an extremely friendly and kind staff, ready for any request and very prompt in responding to the most varied information. We felt like we were at home, caring, kind, nice and very understanding. Truly an excellent place to stay for business trips or for a bit of relaxation, surrounded by a very well-kept and very cute little village (Treviolo).

Excellent strategic location near Orio al Serio. We rented a room since we had an early flight in the morning. It felt like a dive into the 70s. Dated furnishings, bathroom not exactly clean. A little more cleaning wouldn't hurt since we come from a period of covid. I think that at least the cobwebs with the broom don't involve a big waste of time. We didn't have breakfast so we can't make any judgments but if you arrive late for dinner there is no possibility of eating and honestly it's a flaw ... at least sell some sandwiches since I don't think I've seen any restaurants or bars in the immediate vicinity
