The fire alarm went off late at night, but no service personnel showed up at all, which was outrageous!

We were travelling from the UK to Portugal with our two dogs and this hotel was great for an overnight stop. We stayed here twice; once on the way and again on the way back. For the return journey, we were allocated a ground floor room overlooking the back of the hotel, which was just perfect for us. The hotel was very easy to find, had secure free parking and a small grass area for our dogs to exercise. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a drinks machine and vending machine in the reception area along with a microwave that you could use. The only downside was that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room; not a problem for us as we had brought our own kettle, mugs, tea bags and milk. We were very pleased we chose this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Très bon accueil, disponibles et agréables. Réception 24h/24h, ce que nous avons apprécié. Au calme, lit double 160cm, très bonne literie. Propreté ok. Parking à disposition. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Venir en voiture car en zone commerciale. Bonne expérience.

Chambres spartiates dont les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas (plus bruit de fond de la climatisation même éteinte); Proximité immédiate et vue horrible sur des lignes à hautes tensions et le parking. Les gonds de la salle de bain grinçaient et le bruit occasionné la nuit en y allant à réveillé ma famille. La réponse du service client à qui ce problème à été évoqué est en dessous de tout puisque qu'il remet en question mes dires au lieu d'être à l'écoute pour s'améliorer. Un sèche cheveux eut été apprécié pour un 3 étoiles. Il faut noter cependant que les personnes à l'accueil étaient agréables mais cela ne suffit pas.

Arrivés à 2h du matin sans réservation, nous avons été très bien accueilli par le réceptionniste qui était très agréable. Il a proposé le lit bébé gratuitement. Le temps d’aller garer la voiture (sur le parking gratuit et sécurisé au top) le lit bébé était déjà dans la chambre. La réceptionniste du lendemain au petit déjeuner était également très agréable. L’extérieur de l’hôtel est jolie. La chambre était propre et en très bon état. Aucun point négatif. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Nous sommes venus dans la région pour un week end, nous avons été très bien reçus. L'équipe a été très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et surtout très propre. L'hotel est facilement accessible et sa localisation permets de visite la région très facilement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
