The worst hotels I have ever found in my life, not so much for the look, but for staff and management. We book for Easter 3 rooms of which 2 triple plus 3 culles and 1 single with dinner included, we arrive in the morning where a boy at the reception confirms that dinner was there despite all the scripts that Sunday was closed. At 19:00 we go down for dinner and nobody considers us, we wait almost 40 minutes and decide to address the girl in the reception who tells us that the restaurant is closed and that he couldn't give us anything because he had a broken machine, It's 20 minutes, the time we're looking for a Pascua restaurant for 11 people, the girl comes back and tells us that we could have dinned with appetites!?????!? With three children under two years I don't think I agree. We sleep in 4 beds in a double bed because the cock was not given us, a hell night, a ****** absurd. We went to breakfast in the morning where a family unknown to us complained because at 1 p.m. they were forced to change not one but two rooms. We are very unhappy and we ask for a refund, a refund refused by the holder with so many lies reported in a written mail. We were even accused of having enjoyed a bottle of unpaid water, I wonder where I could have taken it, because the refrigerator bar was not present in the rooms, and we were told that we were injured during breakfast, But we were not. Room with sea view, with a binocular! New but low furniture, going finishes, call it a stick! The worst thing, the very uncomfortable mattress and a great warm in the room that did not make us sleep. Good points - communal areas clean and tidy. Vitoria on reception nice. Large bedroom looked like it was recently Decorated. Big bed and soft pillows. Enough electric sockets. Good shower. Soundproof, although there's always someone who has to slam their door. Breakfast good. All the usual. Bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit eggs etc. Bit manic at times. Bad points. Bedroom wasn't cleaned and bed wasn't made one day. Another day we weren't left with a spare toilet roll. Our towels were never folded and just left in a heap on the rail. Never given any milk in room for coffee. We haf a shared balcony, but if we went on it, you could see staight into another bedroom, on the corner. Thick slimy brown muck at bottom of shower. It was never clear off in the 9 nights we were there. Without effort, I cleared a bit off with a tissue. It was disgusting. Area is good and not run down considering its by the station

I select this hotel for my first time in Bergamo, actually was one day of stay and then travel to other place, I chose it for the location but I ended feeling like home, nice people in the front desk, makes me feel excellent and welcome. Thanks because it was the beginning of a business trip and I started with great energy!

This hotel are thieves, after booking me and my girlfriend to stay for three days (she’s not from Italy). when we presented at the Hotel Città Dei Mille for the check-in they told us that we need a “super green pass” (we’re vaccinated 2 doses and we had a negative PCR covid test) . They told us to access the Hotel Città Dei Mille you need to have the third dose, but the Hotel Città Dei Mille didn’t tell us this before coming neither the booking website it wasn’t written anywhere we checked many times in front of them. so we looked for another place to stay, when we asked for a reimbursement the Hotel Città Dei Mille said they don’t reimburse FOR NON PRESENTATION. Shame on you Hotel Città Dei Mille Bergamo Lombardia Italia, this not a good customer service at all if you have economic problems don’t take it from your client’s pocket. The reimbursement amount we asked for was just 200€ Have a nice day

The hotel is located in a ”peripheral” area. We were welcomed to the arrival with full privacy. We went up with the lift directly in the room from the cave and reserved parking, There was a well-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-with-w Doubts about the real cleaning of the room... (for this not 5 stars). Excellent the service of drinks and foods active all night. Breakfast served in the room at the required time and with the required quantities and foods. It is not the maximum.. But it is a negligible detail given the quality and relaxation gifts.

Awesome scenery, the room size is small. It is difficult to pass after opening the big box. The hotel is building a new swimming pool. Because it is difficult to go to other places to eat, dinner is expensive.
