Right next to Tres Cantos train station which made it getting to Madrid city centre efficient. Average time to get to the city centre is around 30-45 mins which is the only downside but for the price it was worth it. Right next to a big grocery market, made getting snacks and drinks or meals super easy. Very friendly front desk staff

Great location if you need to catch a train or catch a taxi.
Good service at the hotel
Lovely cafe down the road for a cake and a coffee.
Our room was opposite the lift, so alot of noise from door banging.
Clean rooms but an own little kettle and coffee or tea would have been nice 🤔
Thank you anyway for our short stay, and we will stay again.

Nice working hotel. It is close to the train station and not far from the technological park (10 minutes). Rooms are clean, fine and, more important, quite. The breakfast is good. The internet access is good. Not far you can fine some dinner options.

Have been to this hotel twice and it’s a very nice hotel and they have very nice breakfast it’s worth paying the extra as it’s not that expensive, only problem I had was on the second time I went I got 2 single beds pushed together that is not very good to sleep in with your part but other than that I really like this hotel and would highly recommend it especially as the price is very good

It is a correct hotel, although the lack of maintenance is noticeable in many details. It consists of two buildings that are not on the same level, but there is a half-floor difference between them; these buildings are connected only by stairs and each one has a different elevator. If you park on a floor of the garage that does not correspond to the building where your room is, in the end you have to go up a flight of stairs with your luggage; and the same goes for reception. We all found this a bit confusing and annoying. Moreover, the hotel is located in a comfortable and pleasant area. We found breakfast very good. I would only book it again if I found a cheap price.
