Near the Trento train station, the train station passes through the station square and is just a short walk to the right. The hotel is clean and the waiters are very welcoming. The room does not provide tea bags and coffee. Since the city of Trento is not big, you can visit several attractions on foot, so it is convenient to stay here.

Comfortable, quite spacious rooms, with small but welcome complimentary gestures such as (large and delicious!) local apples and reasonable prices from the minibar. Good breakfast in a grand room. Pleasant setting on the Trento hills (but with less than 10 minutes walk you find shops and amenities). Polite and efficient personnel both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Only a couple negatives: the soundproofing of the rooms in the old building and the bathroom equipment could be improved, for a hotel of this category and at these prices, which are at the top in Trento (the area is quiet but you are a bit at the mercy of your neighbour's degree of civility, as every noise from the other rooms can be heard). But overall I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for an overnight stop if traveling further south. We had a suite which consisted of two rooms - a bedroom and a room with a Sofa bed. A perfect set up for families. The rooms were spacious with wooden floor which I find much more hygienic than carpets. The bathroom was Modern and a good size. Everything was really clean. The breakfast was excellent. Great variety including a juice maker! On the downside air con did not work great. Otherwise this hotel is great for a short stop. I can highly recommend it!

This is a hotel that you need to lower any expectations. As a four star it is disappointing. The staff are friendly the room isn’t great. We had a suite on the top floor with air conditioning which wasn’t adequate. There is a safe for your valuables but it ist fixed in the cupboard. The breakfast is ok but just ok. The location is excellent and that is all. There is a feeling that the place is tired and in need of some love. Plenty of potential I feel. I would probably stay there again as the staff are really quite pleasant.

Hotel situato fuori dalla Ztl e a pochissima distanza da stazione e centro, posizione top! Top anche il personale che è stato davvero gentile e disponibile per tutto il soggiorno, complimenti! Venendo alla struttura, l'impressione è che viva sui fasti di un tempo lontano. Infatti, oggi necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto all'interno delle camere (io avevo una standard). A tal proposito, note positive sono state il letto king size e la TV (che era comprensiva di sky). Tuttavia, il letto l'ho trovato molto molto duro (magari sarà un gusto personale), la doccia in muratura, anche se grande, era poco funzionale e senza pannelli, sicché l'acqua finiva ovunque. Le mattonelle del bagno in alcune parti erano rotte, mentre in alcune zone delle pareti mancava l'intonaco. Nel complesso la pulizia mi è sembrata buona, peccato per alcuni ”particolari” come ad esempio una macchia su di una tenda e una su di una parete. Per il resto albergo un po impersonale che avrebbe bisogno, oltre che di una ristrutturazione, anche di una caratterizzazione che ricordi un po di più la splendida città che lo ospita. Va bene l'alta stagione (ponte dell'Immacolata) ma ho trovato il prezzo troppo alto per quanto offerto. 3/5

Many things about this hotel are great, but then others, not so much. First, it is situated on a highway, so part of the hotel faces the busy, noisy road and part faces a lovely lake. The noise from the road is somewhat muted if your room faces the lake. The front desk staff could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, but the morning crew was surly and inhospitable. The evening staff was excellent, and we had a wonderful meal there. Some of the breakfast items were included with the room but there were a number of things that were not, such as crepes or pancakes for 8 Euros.
