Hi Hotel - Wellness & Spa

i had no clue that the spa was not included in the price also the parking.

One of the issues with staying in Trento is that very few hotels have parking. Thee are basically 3 good options, and Hi Notel seems to be the best. Access is pretty easy in a city were driving around can be a challenge. There is ample parking in site. The rooms are not particularly large, so if there is something to complain about that would be it. We booked a city view room which had an ample balcony and great views over the city. Well worth it. Breakfast was excellent, ample selection of high quality products. The baked goods were exceptional and the cheese selection was notable. Scrambled eggs were available. The point of differentiation here is their gym. It is an excellent hotel gym. You can get a good workout, and everyone can at least get in a maintenance routine. The cardio and weight training equipment are kept in separate areas. We did not use the spa. The bed was comfortable, with individual duvets. There is a supermarket 3 minutes walk from the hotel and the center of old town is maybe 10 minutes. One thing worth mentioning is that while there is a noisy bar basically just below the hotel the soundproofing is exceptional as we heard nothing with the door to the balcony closed.

Everything was fantastic. Nice room and excellent breakfast. We got so good help help when we had a flat tyre. They even rentes us a car so we could continue our holliday. Thank you so much!!!

Stayed for one night as we passed through. Room was great, spacious and modern. Didn’t use spa facilities but looked good and reasonably priced for a day pass. There is payable parking underground. Possibly the best breakfast we had during a week travelling around Italy! Ideal location for wandering into town for drinks/dinner (＜10min walk to centre)

Terrible experience, never agin , rude reception , worst hotel management you would deal with , all the hotel smells chlorine from the spa they have , the room bathroom had no hot water in the morning and smells sewage from toilet, and noise from house keeping nonstop all day , and they get annoyed when you complain, so you have no rights at this hotel. NEVER AGAIN

The hotel has a number of airBnB type apartments near the town centre - about 7 mins walk from the hotel. Location is great in amongst the action. Although the apartment was up a steep flight of stairs. This room was very modern, white and minimalist. Fine for a couple of days but probably needs some dashes of colour (rugs, pictures, chairs) for a longer stay. Would certainly recommend.
