It was a wonderful experience. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the very personable and welcoming Carmen. Our suite was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. The breakfast buffet was good and also serviced by friendly staff. The Hotel Accademia is the place to stay in Trento!

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. The room was quite large, as was the bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable with great pillows. The shower was good sized with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The furniture was utilitarian. The problem with the room was it overlooked a heavily trafficked pedestrian walkway. Students used the walkway very early in the morning and very late at night. They made lots of noise, which you could hear in the room. The breakfast buffet was okay, not great.

Have experienced excellent customer service at this place. They helped me out with travel issues resulting in a refund that they were not at all obliged to give me. I will definitely pick them for another stay in Trento next time I am in the area.

This is a hotel that you need to lower any expectations. As a four star it is disappointing. The staff are friendly the room isn’t great. We had a suite on the top floor with air conditioning which wasn’t adequate. There is a safe for your valuables but it ist fixed in the cupboard. The breakfast is ok but just ok. The location is excellent and that is all. There is a feeling that the place is tired and in need of some love. Plenty of potential I feel. I would probably stay there again as the staff are really quite pleasant.

Ottimo hotel vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (15 minuti a piedi) e vicino a numerosi punti di interesse storico e culturale, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Ho trovato del personale cordiale e pronto a venire incontro alle necessità del cliente. Camere pulite e accogliente. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.

La posizione è ottimale perché in pieno centro storico e a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ottimale anche il rapporto qualità prezzo data anche la buona prima colazione inclusa nel costo della camera. Di contro un impianto di aria condizionata rumorosissimo.

In questo ultimo week end con un buon gruppo di amici 5 coppie abbiamo soggiornato All'Hotel Accademia e l'impressione è assolutamente positiva. Le camere pulite, il personale molto disponibile a trovare una soluzione ad ogni richiesta, la sua posizione poi è strategica, vicinissimo al centro, la colazione a buffet ricca e molto buona. Lasciamo la struttura più che soddisfatti, dopo aver scambiato due chiacchiere con il Sig. Stefano, che ringraziamo per i suoi preziosi consigli sulle nostre prossime mete. Che dire.....grazie.
