Near the Trento train station, the train station passes through the station square and is just a short walk to the right. The hotel is clean and the waiters are very welcoming. The room does not provide tea bags and coffee. Since the city of Trento is not big, you can visit several attractions on foot, so it is convenient to stay here.

Comfortable, quite spacious rooms, with small but welcome complimentary gestures such as (large and delicious!) local apples and reasonable prices from the minibar. Good breakfast in a grand room. Pleasant setting on the Trento hills (but with less than 10 minutes walk you find shops and amenities). Polite and efficient personnel both at the reception and in the breakfast room. Only a couple negatives: the soundproofing of the rooms in the old building and the bathroom equipment could be improved, for a hotel of this category and at these prices, which are at the top in Trento (the area is quiet but you are a bit at the mercy of your neighbour's degree of civility, as every noise from the other rooms can be heard). But overall I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a scenic spot with a beautiful view of the mountains. To the hotel climb the serpantin. Living at the end of March, there was no snow anymore, only on the slopes where skiers and snowboarders ski. Staff polite, settled fast, there is a parking lot. The room is spacious, clean, there are towels for showers and swimming pool separately, breakfast is a Swedish table. The only minus, it was quite cool, the air conditioner for heat could be set at a maximum of +18. After the call to the respiratory set up on +25, but after some time again the maximum was only +18

Hotel situato fuori dalla Ztl e a pochissima distanza da stazione e centro, posizione top! Top anche il personale che è stato davvero gentile e disponibile per tutto il soggiorno, complimenti! Venendo alla struttura, l'impressione è che viva sui fasti di un tempo lontano. Infatti, oggi necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto all'interno delle camere (io avevo una standard). A tal proposito, note positive sono state il letto king size e la TV (che era comprensiva di sky). Tuttavia, il letto l'ho trovato molto molto duro (magari sarà un gusto personale), la doccia in muratura, anche se grande, era poco funzionale e senza pannelli, sicché l'acqua finiva ovunque. Le mattonelle del bagno in alcune parti erano rotte, mentre in alcune zone delle pareti mancava l'intonaco. Nel complesso la pulizia mi è sembrata buona, peccato per alcuni ”particolari” come ad esempio una macchia su di una tenda e una su di una parete. Per il resto albergo un po impersonale che avrebbe bisogno, oltre che di una ristrutturazione, anche di una caratterizzazione che ricordi un po di più la splendida città che lo ospita. Va bene l'alta stagione (ponte dell'Immacolata) ma ho trovato il prezzo troppo alto per quanto offerto. 3/5

Many things about this hotel are great, but then others, not so much. First, it is situated on a highway, so part of the hotel faces the busy, noisy road and part faces a lovely lake. The noise from the road is somewhat muted if your room faces the lake. The front desk staff could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, but the morning crew was surly and inhospitable. The evening staff was excellent, and we had a wonderful meal there. Some of the breakfast items were included with the room but there were a number of things that were not, such as crepes or pancakes for 8 Euros.

Hotel Venezia is a jewel in a beautiful city with a complex and interesting history that makes this region such a special location. We stayed three nights. Hotel Venezia is a lovely, peaceful and quiet hotel right in the city centre. Very reasonably priced. Do not be deceived by the the two star rating, as it deserved at least 3 stars. The hotel was recently and tastefully renovated in 2019 and is fresh, clean and beautifully laid out with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Renovations were sympathetic to the original architecture of the building. Breakfast options are fabulous from muesli and cereals, yoghurts, cheese and cold meats, breads, GF options and cakes galore/ pastries/ croissants (all made on-site by Andrea and family). Coffees (caffe doppio) and juices are spectacular, at lest six fresh juices. Andrea and staff are very helpful from the moment you step into the foyer to the moment you check out. English is spoken very well. They helped us located an osteopath, laundromat, and gave terrific advice on locations to see in the region. We recommend the hotel 100%. Couldn’t do better.

In the area for work, attracted by good reviews or stayed in this wonderful Maso hotel near Trento Reception with a very courteous, very spacious and clean room, well furnished. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent with very well prepared dishes. The first is certainly recoverable, are spa equipment (very nice), with functional hydromassage only 1/3 (one person enjoys jets and others look at why they are not working), and the jets of the pool are not working.... But the really unsupportable thing today is to pay €15 to get into the spa and I add €11 for the cottage and the roof .... In 40 years of work trips at the hotels I never had happened. For the spa and its accessories, surely political to be revised .

Luogo molto accogliente, a partire dal titolare che sembra essere un professionista di lunghissimo corso. Siamo stati salvati in extremis da una pessima esperienza in altro hotel di zona dal quale siamo dovuti scappare senza soggiornare. Il titolare ci ha accolto nell'ultima stanza disponibile, dell'ala più nuova credo, una stanza grande e confortevole, dall'arredo sicuramente retrò ma dotata di ogni comfort compresa un bagno molto ampio e con un buon set di cortesia. Pulizia ottimale. C'era anche la possibilità di avere l'auto praticamente sotto il balcone della stanza. La struttura è datata ma direi molto ben tenuta ed è immersa nel verde pur essendo a pochi minuti dall'autostrada. Non è quindi un male quindi perché sembra di tornare un po' indietro nel tempo ma senza rinunciare a niente. La piscina è sicuramente un grosso punto di forza. Immersa nel verde con vista sulle montagne, ci entri e dopo pochi minuti già ti sei scordato tutto il resto. Peccato solo aver scelto di cenare altrove nei dintorni, forse ci saremmo trovati meglio fermandoci anche a cena. Un luogo che ricorderemo e dove faremo senz'altro un'altra tappa (con cena stavolta) quando torneremo in zona. Grazie di tutto.
