The family trip was amazing thanks to the hospitality of Como alpina Dolomites hotel. Amazing staff and service. They can print you out the ski passes. No need to stay in the queue in front of the ticket office. Beautiful landscape could be seen from the restaurant/bar terrace or the room balcony. The restaurants are next door so you do not need to go any further. Just use slippers :-D 2 negative points - the ski deposit is blooooody too far from the room (e.g. 122). you can turn on your fitness app for that journey no town within walking distance... it is a bit far from Ortisei.... but, we were so tired after whole day ... so... no need to walk anywhere :-)

In March 2024 we enjoyed it again in Como Alpina Dolomites. A special hotel in a special setting, the Seiser Alm. After visiting the hotel for many years as Alpina Dolomites. Now part of the Como group. It's taking some getting used to because the color schemes have changed and all the staff have been replaced. Unfortunately, some staff are still a bit inexperienced. However, it immediately felt like old times. Top location, very good lunch and dinner, nice wine range and maximum attention from the waiters. Swimming pool, wellness and sauna environment are still superb and of good quality. Terrace outside very good. As an extra, there is now a bar/restaurant from Como Alpina Dolimites on the slopes where you can relax in the afternoon with music and very nice staff. And here too a nice lunch / dinner menu. Looking out over the Seiser Alm is already a pleasure. Especially when the weather is good and skiing and hiking are at their maximum. Definitely Como Alpina Dolimites again next year. That's for sure.

We have stayed at the Alpina Dolomites Hotel in the period of 14-28 February. This was our second stay after the first one in March 23”. The location: Hotel is located right in the Center of the Seiser Alm / Alpe Di Suisi ski region. Once leaving the Ski Room, Your are within the close location to all the slopes around. You are also able to transfer within 30” to the other Ski Regions within Sella Ronda. You can not have a better location than this. The Food: Three different restaurants serving grate variety of food. There is a Challet with perfectly done Steaks , Italian with delicious Sea Food and the International hosting breakfasts and dinners in the Typical Tirol style as well as international quisie . The kids as well as the adults loved every moment of it. The Staff: entire staff, starting from Reception Desk, Restaurant Chefs and waiters, housekeeping and support stuff were grate ! Special thanks to Goran for helping out with everything upon arrival and Maja for wonderful entertainment time with the kids. Last but not least- management is always there to make sure all is good. Facilitates: all the facilities-restaurants, pools, sauna are in perfect conditions and well maintained . SPA is also there serving best of it. We were very happy with our stay and we will be back for sure .

Just want to say that my family of 4 stayed here late June 2003 for just under a week and we only have good things to say. Staff is fantastic. Location is unworldly. Food is amazing (coming from America I don’t understand how they achieve the level of quality and variety they do). Facilities and spa are top notch. And there are many included activities which are great (mountain bike tours). It’s a dream come true and I hope to go back some day.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We fell in love with this hotel in a visit during the summer and had to stay again, this time in October to see the larches in fall colors. There is so much attention to detail in the interior, service, amenities and food! All the staff were so welcoming and kind! The food deserves a particular mention. The half board is an incredible value for the quality - the dinners we have had here are among the best we’ve had in our entire lives. We cannot wait to return as soon as we can to see the rebrand and hope it’s every bit as magical on our third visit.

Already been here the 2nd time in three months... Loved how peaceful and confortable you can get while staying here. The whole team were like our family that know us by name and they prepared wonderful programes that both active people and inactive ones can enjoy. The restaurant and the Chalet made us not want to leave the property because they had everything we wanted to eat. The hiking and binking tour were amazing. This is my home in Europe. Love it so much.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff is amazing. There are daily activities including biking and hiking to explore the surrounding area. Food is fantastic and in general the Dolomites are magical. This is a must visit.
