Превосходные сауны! Очень хороший ресторан для ужина. Завтраки по цене 20€/чел были тоже очень достойными. Единственный минус - это то, что в номере нет чайника, ватных дисков, холодильника, кондиционера )) но это указано в описании, отель позиционирует себя как эко отель. Но хотелось хотя бы чайник для горячей воды и банально ватных дисков

The hotel and service are outstanding. The hotel is new and a lot of attention has been paid to every detail, from space decoration, sustainability and available services. Very clean. The breakfast is excellent, and I definitely recommend dinner in the restaurant, which is excellent and is also frequented by guests outside the hotel. The bar food is also great as is the service at the hotel. In the hotel you can rent electric bicycles and get all the necessary instructions for nearby activities (hiking, climbing, guides,...). the pool and spa area are excellent, especially the view from the pool to the peaks of the Dolomites. We will definitely be back.

Firstly - very nice and friendly service. Very helpful, they take care of every detail. The hotel is new and very comfortable. Fantastic swimming pool, sauna and relax area. Very tasty breakfasts and supper. People from other places come to supper and let this be the best recommendation. The hotel is located close to the slopes (1 ski bus stop, where the stop is at the hotel). Skiroom with heated lockers. Rooms large and very clean. Very good wifi. Parking space in the underground garage. The hotel accepts pets. Next year for skiing with an overnight stay in ama stay.

Nice Hotel with modern and sweet appartments. We had a nice room with ski piste Erta view. When we entered to the hotel you can see how nice and with good taste everything is made. For skiers you have a really good ski depot with boot, helmet and gloves heater. The ski lift miara is not far away and we were walking there every morning without using ski bus. Even spa is nice with three different saunas (two dry and one steam saunas). If you want to be better some rules of conduct in spa is needed which would be given meybe at arrival…even some signs on doors would be enough like adults only, no swimwear etc.)

Perfect Spa, nice people, restaurant, all clean and cozy :) felt like home Beautiful location! In love with the architecture. Great view overlooking the town and the ski slopes. Very clean and well furnished rooms, as well as the dining room.

We went to eat at this brand new establishment. Nothing to say, excellent dishes with high quality ingredients and excellent service. The excellent value for money is very positive. A tip: menu not very connected to the territory, some traditional dishes perhaps with a modern twist would be a nice boost for the menu.

The structure is new and warm in the environments where wood and slate predominate. The rooms are well furnished although small. Comfortable and well-equipped bathroom. There is no possibility of a heated towel rail that allows you to heat damp clothing. There are few spaces to store clothing. A bag of warm, enveloping spa bathrobes is provided. The latter is well designed. A special mention deserves the indoor swimming pool which has access to the outside from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. Sauna, bio sauna and Turkish bath up to expectations. The restaurant deserves a separate mention with its amazing menu. Chef De Benedictis prepares gourmet dishes in an open kitchen, all delicious and plated in a stellar manner. We have tried other restaurants in San Vigilio but without any denial we feel like suggesting that there are no alternatives to the Ama restaurant! Really friendly and professional staff. Rich breakfast with freshly prepared omlette menu. Very good and freshly prepared juices and centrifuges. Small criticism for the absence of cakes and tarts which we suggest introducing. Greater attention also for lactose intolerants.
