Club St. George

This was BY FAR the worst experience of my life. I went solo in Paphos for a meeting and booked two night and I was met with a room where the bathroom was taped. the air condition was not working on a freezy night and when I asked for an extra blanket they brought me a stained one. it would have been better to sleep in my car than to stay here again. No human should pay or experience something like that. Club st george FIX your rooms and service. Such a shame for paphos and the location

Don't believe what is offered at this complex only thing true is free parking . We booked 1 bedroom apartment. There was no microwave not even a tea towel and bath towels thread bare. All amenities are closed except big pool you can't even get a drink or tea or coffee don't know why it's advertising restaurant, pool bar, indoor pool and spa they are all closed . TV streams 1 channel the news . Unless you hire a car there is no shops or restaurants in walking distance and the shuttle busses advertised are not available.

Please avoid Very rundown unless you have a car don't bother. It's up a steep hill nothing around. Breakfast was soo poor. We only went down twice through out our 2 week stay. No facilities available as mentioned the bar was closed down. Swimming pool outdoor is nice , with broken sunbeds The place is dirty, dusty, and the old boy is miserable at reception! The only good thing we had , air conditioning no extra cost and a washing machine that was the highlight. Beds , pillows, and bathrooms are ancient. Beds are NOT comfortable!

Good little hotel, the grounds could do with attention, a little out of the way but that was ok as we had a hire car. The staff was very pleasant, and helpful. No complaints from us was what we was expecting, clean pool, the site shop was closed but I expected that with the season ending. Would recommend renting a hire car as public transport is limited.

We stayed at this resort from 31st May till 5th June. We travelled with a group of 7 and had booked 2x 2 bedroom apartments. We had landed late and had to check in around 9pm but This wasn’t an issue for the management. They were super friendly and helped us check in with no issues whatsoever. The place has an amazing view of the city and the ocean as well as a family friendly pool which is much bigger in person as well as a kids park. Also has activity/arcade rooms where you can spend some time playing pool or foosball or even table tennis outside. Also they have a small shop inside for any quick meals or drinks/snacks. Unfortunately the sauna and jacuzzi wasn’t open as they only operate during winter but this wasn’t an issue for us as the hot sunny weather was more than enough! The resort is based between two towns and up a very high hill. It is an issue to travel to the local shops which is about 20-25 min walk but there is always taxi available at the resort. They have their own resort driver (Alex) who was absolutely brilliant. Very sociable and friendly! We had lots of visitors (cats) come into our apartment and spend time with us which was the cherry on top as the family really felt at home. I can’t put a fault on the service we had received from the manager (Aziz) and colleagues. This was a very memorable trip for myself and my family and I really hope to return one day as we all felt very much connected with everyone.
