An opinion which will only concern the dishonest practices of the managers since they decided that we would not go... While remaining completely factual: reservation of one night via the smartbox site (reservation open and validated) for July 2024 Following this reservation, we received several calls (Jade then Cédric the manager) asking us to pay 70€ in addition to the 330 euros paid in order to "cover their high season costs". End-of-end negotiations follow (€50 more then fewer meals then the replacement of meals with an aperitif board...without a written trace obviously). We refused these proposals, not for the money but on principle since it no longer corresponded with the service reserved. Finally, surprise: 3 days after the manager's call, our reservation was canceled then moved to...December 2024! After calling smartbox customer service: - The contract prohibits this partner from requesting supplements - The contract prohibits cancellations without force majeure - It is prohibited to modify reservation dates without the customer's agreement. We contacted our legal assistance... In short, the managers may have "9 years of experience" (sic!) in this environment, but they undoubtedly lack the basics of honesty and commerce.

A very pleasant moment, timeless, very sensual atmosphere. We recommend getting together as a couple and doing some crazy things... erotic atmosphere... good breakfast. We recommend the secret room for wild adventures.

The setting, the availability of the hosts, the accommodation, everything is perfect! We already came two years ago and we will come back with great pleasure! We recommend ++++ the breakfast served in front of the door in the morning is a real plus for the stay, very good quality, bread and pastries as well as pancakes made by the baker next door, the private spa after the big walks allows you to completely relax! The chalets are well equipped, we lacked nothing. To do again!!!!
