Great place to be with a nature all around. 10km road up and down is something that I miss already. Staff is truly helpful and great. Rooms, facilities, and food in the restaurant made our holidays a one we expected. The region around we left with many undiscovered treasures, so... we will be back!

Absolutely comfortable stay in this place, nice rooms, nature around, camp close to Ossiacher see, nice watterfalls - amazing place where we will come again. From the top of the hill is best view i have ever seen

We spent a weekend with our friends and kids at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It's ideal for families and it's near to cable car and ski slope. We loved the time spent at the hotel and are definitely coming again.

Beautiful hotel in the mountains, near to ski, and woodland walks etc. views from the top of mountain a must. excellent/delicious menu for both breakfast and evening meals. Our stay made all the more enjoyable by exceptional staff, from Enerst who picked us up at the airport, and then been greeted by Christina and Thomas, reception, to Julia who served us tasty meals and Andy, in the bar, a genius with a cocktail shaker. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them.

The mountain resort Die Kanzlerin is worth a trip and for us it is by far the best resort we have been to in recent years. The welcome was very, very warm and we immediately felt at home. The location is WORLD CLASS!!! The suite was very spacious and very well equipped! Everything is very tastefully and modernly furnished and absolutely clean. The kitchenette offers everything you need. The spa area is top notch! Swimming pool, saunas, fitness room. There is also a lot on offer for the children! The breakfast was terrific and really very rich and unusual. The journey is spectacular. You drive through a toll booth up a narrow road to the resort. Takes approx. 10 minutes. Of course you then get a ticket to pass the toll booth free of charge for the duration of your stay. The vehicles are safely parked in underground car parks with plenty of space. Tip: Get the Kärnten Card at reception and explore the area. The starting point invites you to go hiking. The view is breathtaking! So all in all a really successful and relaxing holiday! Many thanks again to the entire resort team! You are awesome! Don't stop it!!! We will definitely come back and will definitely recommend you to our friends and acquaintances!

As a family, we went to the Gerlitzen ski area for the first time. The resort has a great location. You can ski directly from the hotel to the lift station and back again. The rooms are perfectly equipped. Staff super nice. The food is a dream. Starting from the large breakfast buffet to the dinner that is served. A lot regional. The only thing that could be improved would be the pool. Water was relatively cold, few beach chairs. Except for the perfect ski holiday. We will be back definitely

Modern holiday apartments with top amenities right on the slopes. We thought the apartments and the location were great. After teething problems over New Year's Eve, the team was well-coordinated during the carnival holidays and there was also a varied daily program. It should be noted that you cannot buy anything up on the Gerlitzen and all food has to be bought in the valley - a small shop where you could buy bread, milk, etc. would be great.
