The mountain resort Die Kanzlerin is worth a trip and for us it is by far the best resort we have been to in recent years. The welcome was very, very warm and we immediately felt at home. The location is WORLD CLASS!!! The suite was very spacious and very well equipped! Everything is very tastefully and modernly furnished and absolutely clean. The kitchenette offers everything you need. The spa area is top notch! Swimming pool, saunas, fitness room. There is also a lot on offer for the children! The breakfast was terrific and really very rich and unusual. The journey is spectacular. You drive through a toll booth up a narrow road to the resort. Takes approx. 10 minutes. Of course you then get a ticket to pass the toll booth free of charge for the duration of your stay. The vehicles are safely parked in underground car parks with plenty of space. Tip: Get the Kärnten Card at reception and explore the area. The starting point invites you to go hiking. The view is breathtaking! So all in all a really successful and relaxing holiday! Many thanks again to the entire resort team! You are awesome! Don't stop it!!! We will definitely come back and will definitely recommend you to our friends and acquaintances!

As a family, we went to the Gerlitzen ski area for the first time. The resort has a great location. You can ski directly from the hotel to the lift station and back again. The rooms are perfectly equipped. Staff super nice. The food is a dream. Starting from the large breakfast buffet to the dinner that is served. A lot regional. The only thing that could be improved would be the pool. Water was relatively cold, few beach chairs. Except for the perfect ski holiday. We will be back definitely

Lovely apartment with all the facilities of a hotel. In the summer you can walk to the mittle station where there are also many activities for children. Tips: You can have breakfast in your apartment (full kitchen), but it is also delicious in the restaurant. Order food (fondue or Italian) from the restaurant to eat in your apartment. Take the kids to the kidz club. Lots of activities and very good guidance. Perfect location for both summer and winter

The hotel met our expectations in every respect. A modern room with a separate bedroom and kitchen facilities, very nice and always helpful staff, a spa area, a swimming pool and saunas, and most importantly, delicious breakfasts and dinners, made us come back for sure and not necessarily in winter, because the summer landscape will be as delightful as the winter one . An additional advantage was the Gerlitzen slope, which is located right next to the hotel. It was perfectly prepared every day, intended for both advanced and beginner skiers. A wide range of ski lifts meant there was no routine, and most importantly, one of the ski slopes led to the hotel. After the day, all you had to do was drive up to the hotel door, change comfortably in the changing room and leave your ski equipment in rooms specially designed for this purpose. Definitely a wonderful time with the family. We will definitely come back.
