We had visit this hotel on peak season. We had to wait for almost 3 hours after check in to get our room. The receptionist looked restless and in a hurry. I booked room with breakfast but the receptionist said that it wasnt included breakfast. The day after, we decided to check out earlier because i need to take my parents to get some meals. But before we c/o the receptionist called us to had some bfast at the restaurant. I already make sure for 3 times about the bfast but they still give me same answer. Why it changed 30 mnts before we leave ?? The facility in this hotel is pitty and some place need renovation. Hope the hotel do some improvement.

Iconic old resort in Trawas with good atmosphere and fresh air. Most of the guest rooms have been relocated to the new building which is a good thing. The problem is not all areas are covered with shelter so it might cause you problems when it rains. Not every room has air conditioner, so if u think u're gonna need one just put a request note in your booking / just call the hotel. I know that this hotel offers affordable price & i can't expect too much from it but for me the breakfast was awful. Luckily you can easily find street foods just nearby & in front of the hotel

I like visit to this hotel Complete Facility, The cleanliness does not need to be question.. Grand Whiz also had the friendly staff also start from parking area, lobby and restaurant.. And what i like most is the VIEW... itz Amazing. the menu was actualy quite variative but it is unfortunate that there is no Sanwich in the afternoon and evening.. its available in supper only. average price reasonable in 4*Hotel. but i had lucky that the waitress Ms.april suggest us the food promo tongseng that only 60K include special drink.. although the cooking of tongseng was a bit salty but its ok cz the ribs very soft. The pool.. itz amazing.. try to come to this hotel in weekdays.. you will feel that to be private hotel.. with some foto corner and ofcourse we dont need back gound actualy cz the montain can be very clear back ground But My Children are not satisfied enough cz there is no water slide in the pool Hopefully in the future can be increased..

The hotel is cool but sorry there is a mistake. The name of the hotel should be ARRAYANA TRAWAS HOTEL & RESORT, not the BUG HOTEL AYYANA. The address is also wrong. I have been confused but after clicking the navigation from trip.com it is pointed to ARRAYANA TRAWAS HOTEL & RESORT, Trip.com It turned out to cooperate with tiket.com because my booking data came in at tiket.com information from the hotel reception, please improve the hotel data on the web

Although the room hygiene is a bit lacking, the service from the staff and facilities here are very good. The staff is very friendly. The facilities are very complete from the playground area, the swimming pool even has a mini waterfall. It is suitable for family outings or office gatherings.
