the room is long but the tv is very small and far from the bed. so uncomfortable to watch tv. tv remote not working. the atmosphere around the hotel is quiet. the swimming pool is not very well maintained.

The TV doesn't work, the bathroom ventilation fan doesn't work, the water heater is there but can't be used because the power outlet is too high, or the table is too low, the menu for breakfast in my opinion is unsatisfactory, WiFi is there but the signal is very bad, the environment is lacking clean, lots of fallen leaves scattered and weeds add to the gloomy impression. The children's playground cannot be used, many are rusty, the swimming pool is quite satisfying

We had visit this hotel on peak season. We had to wait for almost 3 hours after check in to get our room. The receptionist looked restless and in a hurry. I booked room with breakfast but the receptionist said that it wasnt included breakfast. The day after, we decided to check out earlier because i need to take my parents to get some meals. But before we c/o the receptionist called us to had some bfast at the restaurant. I already make sure for 3 times about the bfast but they still give me same answer. Why it changed 30 mnts before we leave ?? The facility in this hotel is pitty and some place need renovation. Hope the hotel do some improvement.
