If you look at the photos of this hotel you will see an old charming place. In reality the hotel has two buildings. One is indeed the older one and the other quite modern. Our room in bright turquoise colors, with hardly any atmosphere and a view on the parking was located in this building. We will not book here anymore!

Hotel is very close to railway station and the beach. Very small bathroom in our room on the second floor. Masks must be worn inside and there is a one way system entering through side door and exiting through front door. The hotel has a bar but it is not in use, drinks can be ordered and staff will serve them to you outside up to 21.00. Drinks after 21.00 are self service with an honesty policy. Breakfast requests , including type of bread and coffee have to be made the day before.

Very nice and gentle staff. Nice old fashioned but technical find rooms. Excellent breakfast. And a "green hotel" concept. The bar is small but very fine. The price is absolutely okay. Save the whales!

I was promised a "memorable experience". It was a very pleasant one. My room was big and clear on the ground floor. The balcony at this time of the year did prove to be necessary. What I enjoyed most was breakfast time in the lovely veranda served at the table.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Wellenrausch sehr wohlgefühlt und werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Hervorheben möchte ich das äußerst freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal. Vielen Dank für die super Restaurantempfehlungen.

Es ist ein kleines Hotel (ca. 25 Zimmer) mit sehr viel Charme und die Besitzer und das restliche Servicepersonal sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt: 2 Minuten zur Promenade, 1 Minute zu verschiedenen Restaurants, aber dennoch ruhig. Am Abend kann man noch gemütlich in der Bar sitzen und entweder einen der hervorragenden Weine, Whiskys, Gins .... genießen. Insgesamt bezieht das Hotel - soweit irgend möglich - alle Speisen und Getränke aus der Region. Ja, es ist ein altes Gebäude und da knarzen Treppen und die Böden manchmal. Aber genau das macht eben den zauberhaften Charme dieses Hotels aus. Für das Frühstück "bestellt" man am Vorabend seine Brötchen- / Brotwahl, ob man Lachs und welche Eierspeise man möchte. Wurst, Käse ... .werden am Tisch serviert und zwar genau in der Menge, wie man sie möchte. So wird eben nichts von einem Buffett weggeschmissen und die ganze Angelegenheit ist super nachhaltig. Die Auswahl ist abwechslungsreich und super frisch. Selbst die (im Haus!) mit Früchten angemachten Joghurts sind jeden Tag anders sehr lecker. Wer möchte bekommt auch noch ein Glas Sekt....

Herzlichste Begrüßung aller Zeiten. Ein nettes Gespräch an der Rezeption, beste Lage, großes Zimmer, fairster Preis. Wasser, Tee, Kaffee auf dem Zimmer macht den Morgen wirklich angenehm. Dankbar hier Gast zu sein. Ich bin überzeugt dass wir öfter hier übernachten. Und das Hotel jedem ans Herz legen.

Toll gelegenes Hotel, familiäre Atmosphäre und ein super tolles, leckeres Frühstück, inklusive frischen, selbst gemachten Sachen und einem Gläschen Sekt (bei Bedarf). Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben und wertgeschätzt gefühlt.

Ein sehr freundliches Willkommen gab es bei meiner Ankunft in der zauberhaften Villa WellenRausch. Sie ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und passenderweise in meiner Lieblingsfarbe türkis dekoriert. Mein Einzelzimmer war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Sogar einen kleinen Sessel gab es im Zimmer. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen, was eine Mischung aus Buffet und Tischfrühstück ist, war reichhaltig und lecker, besonders den Eiersalat kann ich sehr empfehlen. Der Service ist hervorragend!!!!
