Disappointed returning after 9 months and the feeling was different You return to a hotel you previously rated very hig just to find out that the whole experience is let down by housekeeping I can live with the fact that coffee facilities are not provided in the standard rooms - poor compared to international standards but normal I Germany The rooms could do with a housekeeping manager and not the eyes of a subcontractor The promised facilities was not at hand but provided bit by bit within our two day stay The rest of the facilities are very good and in particular the people in the restaurants are giving an excellent service and the food is very delicate and the spread is fantastic One could say that the staff could do with a bit of help by the management tea

A very suitable location for business meetings, and probably one of the few of this kind in this area of Europe. Nice and helpful staff. Try to get a rooms in the old park with see view - those are very nice and pleasant. Good breakfast buffet, above average.

It is rather seldom you step into a hotel and feel at home right away. This fantastic seaside hotel is one and it continued to surprise. The rooms are nice and well decorated with an amazing view of the Baltic see and the entrance to Lübeck and Travemünde. Sped the extra money a get a sea facing room.

Don’t get a room facing the ‘park’ - what you get is a room facing the bus station with diesel driven noisy buses arriving and leaving around the clock. A true stressful experience— quite the opposite of the hotel promise. The buffet is second to none and the room furniture and bathroom are fine. However, the in-room entertainment is poor. German tv channels and no way to connect your own devices. Comparable hotels have built-in connections for Apple and Android devices allowing guests to bring their own streaming services Bad location next to bus station and poor in-room entertainment options - no more than three stars

Klasse Lage! Schönes, renoviertes DoZi mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Ostsee. Sehr gute Betten! Die Waschtischbecken mit den kleinen Wasserhähnen sind eine unangenehme und etwas zu preiswerte Ausstattung; unpassend zum schicken Zimmer. Zimmerservice nicht dem Preis angemessen. Pools schick und schön groß, Wasser etwas kühl. Service zT etwas unambitioniert, Frühstücksgeschirr sollte zügig und aufmerksam abgeräumt werden, Tische klein. Wunderbarer Frühstücksraum /Wintergarten! Große Auswahl! Keine Möglichkeit, in der Bar eine Kleinigkeit essen zu können: "vielleicht hat ein Koch sich krank gemeldet"? Fragen Sie mal am Buffet, ob Sie da vielleicht mit Zureden und einem Obulus eine Kleinigkeit bekommen. 5 Sterne? Schönes Haus, angenehme Atmosphäre und nette Bar.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Es fühlte sich aber wie ein langer Urlaub an. Der der Spa Bereich ist einfach fantastisch. Das Abendessen im Wintergarten Restaurant war hervorragend. Zum Wetter passend gab es ein Grill Buffet was keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite im alten Teil des Hotels. Die Raumaufteilung konnte leider nicht überzeugen. Der Schlafplatz unseres Kindes war die Schlafcouch. Dadurch gab es keine 2 Sitzplätze im selben Raum. Vom Komfort einer (Junior-)Suite war leider nichts zu spüren. Zudem war die Matratze der Schlafcouch zu wenig gepolstert. Auch die Matratzen der Betten waren nicht mehr auf dem besten Stand. Da ist definitiv ein Austausch fällig. Im Badezimmer gab es zu wenig Ablageflächen. Für unseren mitgebrachten Fön gab es schon keinen Ablageplatz mehr. Enttäuschend war auch, dass das Zimmer nur jeden 2. Tag gereinigt wurde. Für ein 5-Sterne-Haus ist das nicht angemessen. Mitgeteilt wurde uns das nicht etwa im Vorfeld bei der Buchung, sondern beim Einchecken. Am Abreisetag dann die letzte unangenehme Erfahrung. Wir hatten morgens bezahlt, aber ausdrücklich noch nicht ausgecheckt. Als wir nach dem Frühstück zu unserem Zimmer zurückkamen, war die Putzkolonne schon angerückt. Housekeeping hatte offenbar die Information erhalten, wir hätten schon ausgecheckt, was nicht der Fall war. Das Zimmer ist bezahlt bis 11:00 Uhr und muss dann auch uneingeschränkt zur Verfügung stehen. So fühlten wir uns irgendwie rausgeworfen. Sehr unangenehm. Was war gut? Büffet und Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Das große Schwimmbad und den Wellnessbereich haben wir sehr genossen.
