The rooms were super clean and we liked it very much but the SPA and kids playing areas were all closed which was a bit unlikeness. We will try to visit again but we will make to ask if the facilities are available or under maintenance. December is considered a peak session but most of the facilities are closed.

Almost no staff who are more focused on customers coming in from outside the park. Would never stay here again. Terrible. Almost everything advertised is not available due to low staff or being shut. Wouldn't be hard to make it a good experience

We had a lovely experience at Big 4 Traralgon from the time we arrived until our departure the next day. Our cabin was very clean when we arrived. We relaxed straight away and decided to have a BBQ dinner so wandered down to the BBQ area and met and lovely gentleman cooking his families dinner. The it was our turn and once again the BBQ area was clean and made it easy for 2 elderly women to use the BBQ. Simply a button press. The beds were very soft and comfortable and so to were the pillow. The overall experience was very pleasurable and we were disappointed we didn't have more time to use more of the facilities like the pool and mini golf. So much for people to do there like ride bikes, go carts, train ride, ropes course, trampoline, mini golf etc.

I wish I was a child again! Bring the kids and they will be entertained all day! Lots of room if you’re camping and the cabins which we stayed in were very comfortable. Close to town so you don’t have far to drive. Highly recommended and definitely will be back.

I would not book this park if you have kids. We were extremely disappointed. They advertise they have all of these fantastic things for kids but half of the indoor playground was broken, the jumping pillow is down until further notice, the ropes course is only available on weekends and everything is at an extra cost including the mini golf despite the already hiked up accommodation prices. On checking in we were never told we needed to book in a spa time otherwise we would have done so prior to our departure instead the following morning we were met with an extremely rude member of staff that said we should have known to book in despite only just seeing a sign on the wall as we got there. Save your money and drive on.

Very clean. Stayed in superior family cabin number 38. Staff friendly. Very understanding and patient with our autistic daughter who changed her mind at the last minute with the ropes course. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area again!

I never even got there as unfortunately had to cancel my booking. The team, especially a young bloke named Dylan were extremely understanding of my circumstances and went above and beyond to help me out. This is not the usual kind of service that one expects and to be honest I was blown away by how great the crew from Traralgon were. It's this kind of service and understanding that make you want to come to a place and then come back again. Thankyou Park Lane Traralgon and especially Dylan who dealt with me on the phone. That young deserves a payrise.

Accommodating staff who put themselves out for our family reunion.Hire of function room which catered for all our needs. Well maintained and very clean park and the best camp kitchen. Pool and spa, and other activities for children.Thank you
