Very nice room, modern decor and amenities. The rooftop pool and patio are amazing, just by the sea. Comfortable, nice dimension and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and provided many varied options. Too bad we were tehre only one night!

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking was available for free on small alleys nearby as directed by the staff. Our seaside room with three balconies was Spectacular. Picked up wine, cheese, meat, crackers, olives and sun dried tomatoes at small shop up the street and had lovely balcony afternoon snacks. I’d stay here anytime!

I'm what you might call a seasoned traveller and I've stayed a whole range of establishments throughout the world, but this hotel stands out as one of the best. The lady who owns it was most gracious and kind and it is evident that she has put her heart and soul into the renovation of this palatial building and has created something very special. Everything is pristine and no expense has been spared in the attention to detail. The staff are absolutely wonderful and it's spotlessly clean. I'm English so I know what a real 5 star hotel is and this hotel is not far off it. Don't even look at staying anywhere else in Castellammare. This hotel is probably the best hotel in Sicily.

Exceptional Hotel
Extremely clean / all modern facilities/ excellent breakfast the hotel is situated on the top of the city walking distance to everything you need….. incredibile staff especially Tiziana ( full of knowledge and spoke English made several recommendations that were great) street parking is available near the port about 10 min walk.
I can’t wait to stay here again. I highly recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel in a good location. However, the room was the smallest room I have ever been in. Absolutely no room in the bathroom. They even had our towels on the bed. There was not room for 2 suitcases. Only one person could be walking around at a time. Very disappointing. And parking was a huge issue.
But otherwise, a good stay
