The hotel facilities are relatively new, very clean, and the service is good. It is located in the center of Trapani, with many places to eat around. If you want to go out to sea, the hotel can walk to the port, and the bus to the town of Erice can also be reached on foot

Desde la llegada la atención fue óptima. Todo el personal se esperaba por dar un buen servicio. El desayuno excelente y estuvieron atentos a los gustos y preferencias de los huéspedes. El edificio y los cuartos impecables y espaciosos. Si vuelvo a Trapani no dudaré en alejarme aquí. Lo recomiendo.

We loved this hotel. Great location right next to the Main Street of the old part of the city. Amazing staff willing to help with friendly advise and a warm smile. Super special rooms with innovative shower. Beautiful modern decor. Very reasonable prices.

Avoid this hotel if you can. Our room was directly above an extremely noisy bar. Sleeping until 2:00 am was out of the question. Annoying and unprofessional behaviour of the staff: First they offer exactly this room on site as an upgrade, although they know about the noise from the street. The next morning, the customer is not taken seriously and there was an absolutely unacceptable response to the complaint, which we will now address directly to the operator Best Western. Conclusion: If you want to sleep, don't book here.

The staff is what makes this place shine - so friendly and accommodating! Newly renovated in 2022. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone including fresh squeezed OJ and cappuccino, pastries, fruits, eggs, cereals and more. We really enjoyed our stay -

I have stayed at Palazzo Gatto several times. Front desk staff is kind and helpful, eager to solve any problems. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast buffet, wonderful spa. Great deals on massage packages. Massage therapist Giusy has magic hands! I like the sea salt body scrubs, they leave my skin soft, supple and moisturized.
