Response from Property: Dear Guest,We truly empathize with the challenges you faced due to your supposed unexpected situation. Our policies are designed to be fair and accommodating, which is why we offered you the flexibility to reschedule your stay for free within 365 days, much more flexible than most hotels. We are also not able to give you a full refund because you had cancelled only 2 days before check-in date. Additionally, we provided the option for you to transfer the credit stay to anyone you wish, offering you the opportunity to share the experience with a friend or loved one.Also, we have thoroughly reviewed our communication with you and found that you informed us of your inability to visit due to a knee/leg surgery sustained right before your trip in South Korea which is outside of Thailand. Furthermore, you indicated uncertainty about visiting within a year, which contradicts the fact that you are able to check-in despite such a major surgery 2 days before in South Korea. Additionally, from our last email with you, you had mentioned that because you had not been able to cancel the room, you will check-in to leave a review, clearly having no good intentions. Regarding the room discrepancy, it appears that you may have confused it with the previous room reservation that you had canceled in order to rebook the promotional rate room. Nonetheless, as you have mentioned, we have accomodated you back to the room that you had initially cancelled located on the second floor.As for your comment about mold on the walls, we take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. Rest assured, we will investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to address any issues. Nonetheless, this really surprised us because you told our reception that the room was impeccable.We understand your disappointment, but we urge you to reconsider the accuracy of your review to ensure fairness to both our establishment and future guests.
