The guesthouse is in an excellent location! It is close to the square, Praia dos Coqueiros, Praia dos Nativos and Praia de Itapororoca, the three beaches are very beautiful! The breakfast is EXCELLENT, as is the cleanliness of the entire place, both common areas and private areas. The service from the girls who clean and serve breakfast is very good, they are polite and helpful! The place is very well looked after and there is cake, coffee, snacks and water all day long for anyone who wants it! We stayed at the house, it is very good! Beautiful, clean, practical, complete! However, I will point out some negative points: I think that the privacy in the house leaves something to be desired, for example: they could place voile curtains on the doors of the house (especially on the kitchen door) and on the living room window so that the guest can feel more comfortable without feeling exposed with doors and windows open and without needing to lock them, feeling secluded; the bathroom window faces the café environment and you don't feel very comfortable using it in the morning; One of the sofas in the living room prevents the door from opening, having to maneuver it to get through; finally, the kitchen needs a little more lighting! Oh, I can't forget to mention Thomas who is a sweetheart and has become a friend of my children!!!

Positive points: afternoon coffee, location. Negative points: Don't stay in the house. The two rooms are tiny and even so the air conditioning is not enough. There is no air conditioning in the living room and kitchen and it is unbearable to stay there in the afternoon and at night. I thought the house would be the quietest place in the inn, but it is opposite the laundry room and there is a lot of noise from the staff. The bathroom opens onto the breakfast area. There is no privacy and the windows have to be closed. We left the door open because of the heat and a guest came into our kitchen thinking it was a common area! There is no indication that this is a private area. The rooms on the second floor of the main hotel building seem to be the best. Expensive for what it delivers.
