Hotel Turismo Trancoso has the potential to be a great hotel, but unfortunately, it falls short in many areas. The maintenance of the hotel is poor, and the lack of staff, especially at the reception, is noticeable. The extra bed we paid for was not even suitable for dogs, which was a disappointment. Considering the high prices, we expected much more. It's hard to believe this is a 4-star hotel. It's a shame because Trancoso is a lovely city that deserves a better hotel. Overall, we recommend avoiding this hotel and looking for alternative options in the area.

Hotel muito agradável, Funcionários simpáticos, boa higiene. Quartos bem equipados...começam a pecar pelos aparelhos TV-LCD serem pequenos para a distancia a que estão da cama. Sala do pequeno almoço agradável e o p.a. bem servido. Estacionamento. Hotel sempre a repetir quando passar por aquelas bandas.

Hotel moderno, muito confortável, staff profissional e competente. Tudo muito limpo. Quarto impecável, cama muito boa e limpa. Casa de banho com tudo o que o cliente necessita. Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado.

Quarto limpo, espaçoso e silencioso. Destaco o trabalho da Annabela, que ao saber da intolerância a glúten, logo arrumou pão especial e ovos mexidos. Contudo, pedi ajuda com táxi e a senhora da recepção me mandou até a praça ou ver no Google.

Quarto limpo, acolhedor, varanda com vista para a piscina interior. Pequeno-almoço agradável e fizeram os ovos mexidos na hora para nós. Pão era bom. Deveria ter opcao de leite vegetal ou sem lactose. Mad também nao perguntei. Achamos que na recepção poderiam ter uma musica ambiente, como é tão grande parecia que o hotel estava abandonado. De resto, tudo ok.
