Everything about the hotel was super, restaurant staff were lovely, ask them about Kerry & they were willing to explain about where you can go on any giving day providing weather conditions, bar guy's lovely at what they were doing, one down-fall was parking but with a bit of banter with the girl checking us in we got round that, over all very good stay.

Lovely hotel in the best possible location. Beside train and bus station, supermarkets, rose garden, restaurants yet not that noisy although we stayed mid week. Decent breakfast and watch out for free code to the wetlands viewing tower in reception area!

Lovely stay, friendly Hotel. Very central to shops and restaurants. Found great live music in a few local bars. Would recommend.

Very tired room looks and feels like something that hasn’t been updated since 1960s. Towels small and threadbare. Repairs need doing to bedroom and bathroom but Total refurbishment needed . A bit more hoovering required in room and corridor, attention needed to edges. Room was at back of hotel, had some difficulty closing window after we opened it, bed not comfy . We didn’t eat in hotel due to poor quality of our room, Room overpriced. Fortunately we were only staying 1 night. On a positive note the water was hot

Really nice hotel. Food in the restaurant was very good. The staff were very friendly especially Eleanor in reception and the breakfast staff. The hotel is in a great location in the town and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

This was a great hotel,we stayed two nights, and needed to book a 3rd,at last minute. The customer service was the best,breakfast choice and food was fresh and could tweak if we wanted. Dinner also lovely and a huge outdoor area,with separate smoking zones. 24 hr reception avaliable if needed. A little dated,bur spotless and very central. Would stay again if in Tralee.
