Lovely hotel and bar. I had a lovely glass of wine and a cup of coffee here. Quick service, and lovely staff, prices reasonable. Good choice on their menus for food and beverages. I would highly recommend coming here for a coffee, a drink, lunch and dinner. Nice hotel to stay in. Highly recommend visiting here when in Tralee as it’s a new hotel and bar it’s well worth a visit. It has a lovely atmosphere. I would come back.

Lovely hotel Good location Close to shops , bars , restaurants the aqua dome . Food and drinks , cocktails etc were good quality and good value. Service was good Staff were very nice Parking available close by Room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is immaculate and really well finished to a high standard Would liked to have stayed longer

Had dinner in the Bridge Bar in the James Hotel last night, WOW from start to finish amazing, loads to choose from on a great menu. Well priced, lovely staff, lovely relaxing lighting and music. We will be recommending to family and friends. Well done guys

Amazing from start to finish …attention to detail in decor food and service was incredible….highly recommend … still getting text from family and friends that stayed how fab the place is and how accommodating and friendly the staff are xxx

Had lunch at the James Hotel in the Bridge Bar on Sunday it was absolutely delicious very reasonable prices everything about the place was class the decor the food and the staff the service was fantastic especially our waitress Isabelle was so nice and friendly and very helpful we will be back soon Brian O Sullivan

Had lunch with a friend today in the bar/ resturant. The place is absolutely fabulous but thats where it ended for us. I had the fish and chips and I only eat one piece reluctantly the second was raw. I told the girl and said take that back to the kitchen its not cooked. She took it and never returned to offer something else or to apologise for the unacceptable dish I was served. My friend paid the full amount and the girl said she didnt realise we were complaining . This member of staff had no training what so ever so I don't blame her entirely but its not good enough. I know its new but look after ur customers if you want them to come back.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Tralee! I visited the James with my mother for lunch one afternoon. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who showed us the way to the bar. Food was very good and service was excellent. Looking forward to returning!

The room was very nice, simple, modern, but spacious. The bathroom was beautiful! The lighting was great for makeup. Friendly service! The Nespresso in the room was great! No instant coffee here. The bed was very comfortable, a travel cit was provided for our son, with a crib sheet.

The mattress was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on and the pillows were just as comfortable. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was lovely and cooked fresh. Hotel is in a central location close to shops and bars. Would highly recommend this hotel.
