We stayed for a night during a short trip to Normandy from Paris - I wish we had stayed longer! The rooms are comfy and cute - the property is beautiful. The owners are so welcoming and always around to help. Definitely do a dinner with them if you have time, it was delicious and well worth the money!

We had an amazing long weekend time at Villa Mirabelle. Well located, comfortable beds, great outdoor space, great breakfast, wonderful hosts. Highly recommend, especially for families / large groups. We went as a group of 11 (including young kids) and had a great time. Thank you Sandrine and Rodolphe!

WOW! Best stay while in France. What a gem this property is and the hosts! We needed a large room for 3 adults and their room for us at this unique property was perfect. The beds was so comfortable and the bathroom was very modern. The breakfast each morning was SO good! We even enjoyed a charcuterie board and drinks one night after exploring Normandy. The grounds around the property are inviting and they even have a heated pool! We did this trip without a car and the couple was helpful in getting us a taxi from the train station in Bayeux and then a ride to Arromanches which is only a few minutes away to start our journey. I highly recommend this beautiful property to stay at.

The location is wonderful, the family is friendly and the breakfasts hit the spot. The property is well maintained and there is ample room for guests to congregate outside or spread out. The rooms are large but the showers are a bit tight for me (I'm 6' 280lbs / 1.85m 130kg). The sheets are a coarse linen which took a little acclimating but it was good by day two. Would 100% stay again! Loved our time here.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel while visiting the Normandy beaches and museums. An excellent location and lovely surroundings. Sandrine and Rodolphe were very accommodating and the evening meal they provided was fantastic (sorry for the short notice) We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a well placed, relaxing, friendly location.

You must stay here! This newly renovated home is conveniently located and the perfect place for us to visit all the D-Day Normandy beaches. We stayed in the family room with a terrace upstairs, which was ideal for our family of four. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable, adorned with fluffy linen duvet covers and emerald green blankets. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring modern tiles, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rack, which was particularly handy since we visited in early March. Sandrine was the perfect host, providing us with dinner suggestions for nearby restaurants that were only a three-minute drive or a short walk away. The breakfast the following day was delicious and far exceeded our expectations. Sandrine had everything laid out, from croissants to homemade jams and locally sourced meats and cheeses. My son was still battling jet lag, but Sandrine kindly whipped up eggs and bacon for him, which he thoroughly enjoyed. As we enjoyed our breakfast, we appreciated the many D-Day memorabilia displayed throughout the room, along with various pamphlets and maps for visiting the D-Day museums and beaches. I cannot say one negative thing about our stay. It was short but amazing! It truly felt like home, and our host, Sandrine, was incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you!

I visited first in July with my sister and elderly mother when visiting the British Normandy D-day memorial. Sandrine and Rudolph are the kindest hosts, so helpful and friendly and made our stay very easy. We stayed in the Omaha beach room which is on the top floor with a balcony and sitting area too. Beds and sofa bed are really high quality with very comfortable mattresses and excellent linen etc. The bathrooms are very well equipped and modern. The house has lots of character and there are touches of memorabilia and posters with clever decor which makes the place quirky but the level of detail and specification of the rooms is outstanding, It impressed so much that I returned for a night with my husband during our trip through France in September and stayed in the same room! The breakfasts were fabulous, with delicious home made jams and freshly squeezed OJ, range of lovely bread/ cheeses/ hams etc. Great coffee! We ate the table D'hote dinner on the second stay - good value, lovely sea food and great pudding! Generous servings of good value wine too. We enjoyed the pool on our first visit and the gardens are a lovely spot to sit and relax too. Very peaceful at night with no traffic noise but only a very short drive or walk down the hill into Arromanche. This lovely couple have made a delightful place to stay and I highly recommend their hospitality.

We stayed at La Villa Mirabelle as a base to come to Normandy and see the sea and cultural sights like Mont Saint Michel and the Bayeux tapestry. But I think my favorite moment was eating the absolutely delicious and creative meal they served on the patio and watching the kids playing lawn sports until dark. Everything was very clean and attended to. It was a peaceful and easy stay which was wonderful as we were exhausted after a week in Paris. Sandrine and Rodolphe are very warm, we felt welcomed and our needs attended to but it also felt like a private family vacation.
