Clean!! Super clean, stove, micro and refrigerator! Ac working great! Bathroom clean !! More that w expected!!! Highly recommend!!

Good things don't come cheap My first room was nice, but I encountered issues when I showered and discovered no hot water. After trying to call the front desk, no one answered the phone. I went to the front desk myself, only to find no one was there, and the phone kept ringing. After waiting a while, someone finally arrived at the front desk and gave me another room. In the new room, I had another problem: the glass sliding door in the shower wouldn't close and would slide back open while I was showering, so I had to use one hand to hold the glass door. The following day, housekeeping unexpectedly entered my room despite my "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed. It turned out that the front desk had failed to inform housekeeping about my room change, even though I had already checked out. Initially, I had planned to stay one more night, but the woman at the front desk asked me to do a late checkout for the entire day and remain in the room while housekeeping sorted things out, which was quite unexpected.

I reserved a suite, not 2 beds….. I reserved a suite. I got checked-in, and went to the room. It was a 2 bed regular room. I went back to the front desk to inquire about the room, and the receptionist causally stated, she “forgot” to tell me they didn’t have any more 1 bed suite rooms, so she just “upgraded me.” Mind you, she has already run my card and charged me. I didn’t have a chance to say IF I wanted a 2 bed regular room, which she considered an upgrade, or if I wanted to just go somewhere else. It’s not an upgrade if I’m the only person staying in the room, with 2 beds. I needed a sitting area. It really bothered me that she “casually” forgot to tell me they didn’t have any suites (after running my card), even though I reserved one. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with them. And why is there a 2 burner stove island in between the beds, and there are NO cooking pots/pans, utensils, plates, silverware, etc? Very weird. Glad I didn’t have a kid with me. That seems quite unsafe.

They need better housekeeping, room was dirty , bed had hairs and no hand soaps , no replacement paper not good at all and pricy for not being clean

Not going there again Not going there again. Uncomfortable chair. Uncomfortable bed

Good stay Arrived at night. Booking saiid the room could sleep 5 but then they didn't have a rollaqay bed available. Had to get a 2nd room. They did offer that room at a discount.
